I did the mistake to come again at this hotel, because I thought first time was maybe an unfortunate situation. I had a really bad experience with the service from the hotel. If you receive a room higher than ground floor you will not have internet, even thow is mentioned free wifi, oh well, not. I had to stay on the stairs with "Maryah Carey" singing in the background from the bar to do my meetings. I talked a lot with the employees but they had for each question: we can't do anything. There were 2 extra internet connection with password but didn't want to share anything. I asked for a different room, they said is fully booked, checked on Booking and rooms were still available. I asked to call the internet company, they told me that nothing will be solved... Same experience with the stuff from the hotel last time when I booked a room, no internet connection and nosy neibors having karaoke at 1am. I asked to talk with the neibors, it's not possible, I asked to call the Police they told me to do it myself.. This is not the way you treat your guest. I am sorry for this, bad service, no problem solving at all, just smiles .. besides that the hotel is ok and has a really good location, close to train station.

Very nice place to go for a drink or something to eat. Been here a few times before but today was the first time having lunch here. The salad I had was really tasty and the dishes of my friends also looked very good. Staff are friendly and attentive. Definitely would recommend.

The prices are relatively low, around 9 euro for lunch. We had chicken wraps, onion soup and salmon toasts. Everything was delicious, highly recommend!

Despite the gang of unruly drunk students, we had a great experience. Food was delicious, service was fine and the tables on the patio, under the umbrella, in the rain made for the perfect European experience!!

It is five minutes walk from the train station and 10 mins of walk to the city center. Coffee should be provided for each day of the stay, breakfast is served from 9 which is not good if you have early obligations, you are left without bfast. Heating should be available during daytime too when cold outside. And I think I paid city tax twice. Overpaid.

Beautiful location in Wyck, Maastricht. Great service and the waitress was really kind. The lunch we ordered was very good in quantity and quality. The coffee and beers were as well. When I asked for the bill there was a misunderstanding because two drinks were not on the receipt and I insisted to pay for them. The waitress told me it was her fault that she did not charge the two drinks and that is why she did not want me to pay for them. The experience here was great and I would recommend it and definitely come back myself. 5 stars!

Perfect location for a hotel, as De Poshoorn is only a five minute walk away from Maastricht’s railway station and conveniently located on the main thoroughfare that connects the heart of Maastricht with the aforementioned train station. The bathroom is clean and modern, the room modest although a bit small in size - so there wasn’t a closet I could store my luggage in. Staff was friendly and helpful, I’d definitely recommend De Poshoorn if you are looking for a place to stay during a weekend in Maastricht. That, and they have a dope patio with nice views of the surrounding architecture 👌🏻

Our first day in Maastricht and the first pub after a 600 mile drive from the UK. Good choice of beer and great burgers.
