I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time for a 5-min gellak removal (which is 5EUR on the website but they asked for 10EUR)... My nails are destroyed. The lady popped the gellak off from some of my nails with her own fingers, leaving them damaged, and tried to shave it off from other nails, which irritated the nerves and left a lot of residue. I expected a nail bath to remove them gently. There were no protective oils or treatments provided, and my nails feel weak and sore. I uploaded a photo: my nails have been filed unevenly, leaving rough edges and texture. I don't get my nails done often, but I know that it shouldn't be so painful. My natural nails were long and healthy before this.

First of all, I scheduled my appointment for 5PM, but they rescheduled my appointment 3 times without my consent. Eventually I scheduled it back to the original time (which was still available online). This, however, caused me to have to wait 30 minutes before it was my turn. I only came here to get my acrylics removed but it was done without any thought or care. She started removing the acrylic with an electric file which she did very agressively (probabably because they were behind on schedule). Then (this is the main reason why I want to leave this review) she pulled off the residue of my acrylic with her fingers which hurt really bad. I thought she was pulling off my natural nail. This is not in line with the standard care a nail professional should provide. I therefore advice anyone who is thinking about coming here to reconsider.

Okay, it may not be the most hygienic nail salon (as he literally started to do my nails right after last customer without any cleaning and he didn’t wear gloves), but it’s one of the most efficient and cheap ones. It costs 55 euros with nail extensions. Anyways, I really like my nails

Did gellak - she didn't even shape and push back my cuticles, just immediately started to (very roughly) use an electric nail file on my natural nails which hurt and left them completely thin. The service was done in a great hurry, and the result is uneven nail polish, messy edges. I asked her to fix some of the spots I notices while there, and she put very little effort. Didn't fix anything. The salon is not very hygienic.

I have been a customer for some time now. The main reason was simply the scheduling. They are quite flexible. I have always noticed that the ladies are sometimes quite brutal with the nail file and using the manicure machine. But it was never as bad as it is today. Today it was like torture. With her two nails on her thumbs, the lady went under my nails and pushed and pulled. Then with the machine on full blast over the skin of the nails. I made several painful sounds. No response. At some point I had enough and said, finish the next step and we'll stop. Since the lady couldn't speak English herself, the colleague, who apparently had inflammation of the conjunctiva herself, translated. By the end, i was bleading at two of my ten nails. Great. I will definitely never go there again.

I had to go back three times in one day because the shellac wasn’t dry properly. The shellac is all over my cuticles. Pedicure was terrible, never coming here again. The lady even made my toe bleed… they priorise speed over quality. Also very unhygienic. They don’t clean the tools between clients and use the same gloves. Do yourself a favour don’t go there

I took my date here to get nails done. But they did not do anything right like the nail filing, or the polish. They were very unprofessional.

Came for a simple refill, drilled my natural nail to hell. I asked for shorter nails at the start, she made 1 nail shorter and left the rest the same, i asked atleast 3 times for shorter nails. When she was putting oil on i realized it wasnt happening and demanded she make them shorter, she just went over them with a file straight and left them an awkward squarish shape. The quality of the work is also trash, gaps all over and ugly as hell. I would have said im not paying for this trash and had them take them off, but i had no nails left under.
