A completely disorganized place, starting with the team that almost didn’t answer me, after waiting 35 min at the reception to show someone up and perform my check-in without any attention or care, but when I arrived I rang the reception signal where I heard a voice a boy saying “wait”, after 35 min I played again and the same man, repeated again to wait, until I realized that the connection between the cafeteria and the hotel were the same, I then decided to call and ask why the delay with a tone tired and nervous. So they decided to answer me. the young human being seeing the state that I was tired, with a big suitcase, then decided to put me on the top floor; if I don't even offer help with my suitcase, thinking I have a lift, even if it's simple, on a steep stairway I looked and ended up going up, I just wanted a shower and rest. Later, I discovered that it was a luxury to rest and sleep. entering the room a bad smell that I soon realized that the toilet was used, things were broken and hanging, there was no old towel, a room in which I did not believe I would rest after a trip of more than 8 hours, between notice and train and uber. an hour passed on the way back from my dinner i noticed a party going on by teenagers in the next room, it didn't last more than 1h they decided to go knocking down and hitting everything in front of me i decided to ask for control, visibly clutched they went down they went crazy making a big noise on the stairs, which by themselves were made of wood and made a lot of noise. Around 2:30 they came back to the room one carried by the other and screaming, I ended up leaving the room angrily and asking where they would go with that, just like rats ran and slammed the door of the room. The impressive thing that nobody at the hotel or the boy who opens the door at dawn was to contain this area. I decided to go elsewhere seeing that nothing would change but my mood and my tiredness get worse, the next day then I canceled by booking.com around 11:47 am and justifying the reason for leaving, sending them a message to the hotel , which there was answered. then an hour passed at 12:34 pm i went to collect my suitcase and bequeath the lake value for two days that i would not stay. so the gentleman made me repeat everything that I had said, and said he would give me the money back, or if I wanted to change my room, I replied that I did not find it in any way confirmed with everything and that they did not even give me the option the day before, he saw my decision was firm in wanting the two days back that he would lose money, changed his opinion and said in a beginning of a discussion altering that he was not going to return me, it was too late and that I would pay for the damage and had no cash on hand and decided to give me 30 € saying he would deposit the other amounts. I wrote down my account with the copy of my document and told me that the next day I would have my money back. today august 21st after 5 days i didn’t get the money back, nor at least some positioning. a tip be careful with this hotel and especially with food dishes, you don't know how it is really handled. Careful!

When we first walked in it reeked of fast food. We had to wait a little before someone came to greet us and give us the keys. When we went up to our rooms it reeked even more and stunk just really bad. As we entered our rooms we instantly saw stains on the beds. There is a shared bathroom that was very dirty. Definitely not worth your money.

Room was clean but old and tired. Wifi OK. No breakfast. No communal space. More of a boarding house than a hotel.

It was really comfortable. The young man at the reception desk was kind, efficient and he was willing to provide information about this beautiful city. Two thumbs up 👍😎

Someone tried to come into my family's room at 2 AM. The person did not even try to put the key into the keyhole, instead the door knob was suddenly turned. Luckily I locked the door and was still awake. Not to mention there is no TV as said, bathtub (as requested and the request was approved), and broken furnitures.

The most disgusting and disturbing place I ve ever been - and I ve travelled and stayd in many places but this one is the worst by far. It s literally the back of a snack bar, bed are with spots and the rooms are not clean - bottles, used napkins from precedent client. Since is literally doing snack bar the all place and your room will smell like fries, kebab and frickandell. My girlfriend and I left the hotel at midnight to take the last train and come back home. We are not at all the kind of picky travelers and we even thought about sleeping clothes on but it was too disgusting. If you have nowhere to sleep rather stay outside for the night than even thinking coming at the hotel sansa. 3 star on location cause it s next to train station.

I booked a stay of one night for my boyfriend and me. Due to the other reviews I was a little bit frightened about my upcoming stay. After all, in my opinion it was not as bad as most of the reviews describe. You get what you pay. The room itself was clean and pretty okay, although a little cold at night. There is a shared bathroom on each floor with showers and toilets, which were clean as well. The bathroom was not in the best condition and the lights tend to go out which could be a bit annoying. But it's absolutely bearable. Hotel staff was super nice, and the reception was available at all time. We even got a hairdryer. And finally; we didn't really notice the bad smell except for in the reception.

Feeling so very at home at this amazing cute place! Just a few meters from the central station of Maastricht. Nice rooms and lovely receptionist and owner! The view from the second floor was amazing over the Main Street! Loved every second of it. And one of the cutest things is, you can get authentic fries when you leave your room or get back after a super night visiting Maastricht. #loveit

The woman was nice and friendly, but the man was rude and had a attitude, ROLLED his eyes at me and didn't want to communicate with me. I would not recommend.

For the price you pay I expected more. Can't pay by card only maestro.. that is only a card that's used in the netherlands. There was no blow dryer and they weren't very helpfull. Wouldn't reccomend it!

Not worth the money at all... If you have no where else to stay and this is your last choice (which is what happened to me), sure, but be prepared. "High-speed wifi" is horrendous, nothing would load at all during my two day stay. Had to go out onto the street or to restaurants to get any work done. Everything else that's wrong with the rooms can be overlooked, at least you get a bed to sleep on and windows that don't let sound pass through and keep you warm when the nights are cold, but WiFi that doesn't let you connect to anything and disconnects every five minutes? It's 2018, come on.

This is a horrible 'hotel'! When we arrived the staff could not find our booking, and when they did, charged us an extra €10. I asked for a refund but only got a very angry manager who started to yell at us saying it was our fault. This made my friend and I very uncomfortable. The rooms were very small with, what looked like, unclean sheets. The bathroom was also miniature with barely any space to walk around in. The whole hotel was very noisy and not sound proof. Overall, we had a terrible experience and would never recommend anybody to stay there. Save your money and time, stay somewhere else!

I came in at 11pm, Goran was more than willing to give me a place to stay, gave me a great deal and also a receipt (with everything I asked for and extras) of no extra charge. Wonderful attached restaurant serving fresh delicious food and excellent service. The best budget hotel in Maastricht .

Broken fixtures in bathroom and a bad smell in the corridor and shared toilet. Room is small but comfy. Towels and soap provided but there is no bin in the rooms. Value for money but not a pleasant experience.
