Delivery times are still an issue and wrong orders some times as well, but food quality has dramatically increased. Edited review from 1 star to 4. Original Review from June 2021 below (1 star rating): Stay away from this place. Bad Sushi, Terrible customer service/satisfaction and Horrible delivery times. Up to 2 hours in some cases. Had food poisoning twice after eating their sushi. Decided the first time could have been coincidence, but twice... Because the owner does not respond to claims of food poisoning, i have reported them to the Dutch Food Authorities (NVWA). I suggest if you got poisoned as well, report them so they get closed down. On 31/07/2021, i received the following email reaction from the Dutch Food Authorities (NVWA): "An inspector of the NVWA carried out an inspection following your report to the company you reported. During this inspection, the inspector himself found that the holding did not meet the legal requirements for food safety. This is a violation of the Commodities Act. We can inform you that the NVWA has taken a measure. We may not further inform you of the content of what the inspection has yielded."

    DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!! It was sopost to come around 20.30. The gay deliverd at 22.00!!!! I gave it back. I will not eat sushi at 22.00 when i orderd it 19.30.

    i am highly suspicious of this place and i don't think they are who they say they are. i believe this business might just be a cover for something more sketchy going on underneath. the shop itself looks extremely bizarre, the shelves are half empty, the interior looks unfinished and broken. i came in to take a look at the grocery store hoping to buy some asian snacks and foods but the second i walked in i was approached by a man who works there telling me the 'shop is closed'. he told me 'only sushi' so i can order sushi but cannot shop at the store? very strange. it's like i couldn't even walk over to the section of the establishment where the food was kept. is it possible they were wanting to hide something? he also seemed quite alarmed to see me in the shop, as if my presence was not welcome or me being there made him panic. perhaps i wasn't one of their regular or familiar clients for the kind of 'business' they run judging by the reaction. a very sketchy place and and i believe more people should be warned about whatever sketchy business is going on here.

    Ordered 2.5 hours ago - food still isn’t here. Pretty sure they’ve either blocked my number or taken the phone off the hook. I want my money back, spent €40 to get no food delivered. Flat out thievery.

    Ordering sushi here was a horrible experience. I placed my order at 18:30 and the confirmed delivery time was 19:45. The food only arrived at 21:45. During those two hours I tried to call them 10 times but no one picked up. Even when the delivery guy came with the food, I asked him to call his boss but even then nobody picked up the phone. At the end the sushi was only okay and the Gyoza cold. Never again! I hope others also won't make the mistake of ordering here.

    I’ve ordered twice from Daisuki and after my first experience I hate the fact that I gave them the benefit of the doubt because the sushi was nice. First time when I ordered, the food took 3 hours to arrive. This time around same thing happened. We luckily did not pay online but chose with cash instead, because we refused the food upon delivery. We never got confirmed that the restaurant had confirmed/accepted our order until they were outside our door, and “suddenly” the online status changed from nothing to “In 45 minutes your delivery will arrive”. When explaining this to the driver he did not seem phased by our complaint and simply said “Yeah”, confirmed the time we ordered, and left with the food (which came in a very small bag that were supposed to feed 4-5 people??). I sincerely wish I could give this place 0 stars.

    The food was alright. However, an item was missing, a beverage that I order was not in the bag. When I called the store, the employee was extremely rude. After explaining the missing item, he said they did not have it. I asked for a solution again and he said something vague about a next order and then proceeded to hang up. I will not order from here again, food is ok but the customer service is awful. I was asking for something I paid, and was treated badly and found a complete unhelpful attitude.

    Really good food, but I ordered sushi and a pokebowl but got no chopsticks. Also ordered a large serving of soy sauce which I also did not receive.

    The food is not bad... However, they say they'll deliver in 1h when in fact it takes then 1h and 30 min or even 2 hours... Terrible... Happened to me three times already... Besides, I order rolls for 2 people, and they only give 1 pair of chopsticks and very little wasabi and soy sauce... The food: 7/10 :)

    I ordered some sushi, after an hour of waiting I called the restaurant. They told me the sushi was on its way and would be here shortly. Half an hour later I try calling again as the sushi didn't arrive. They ask for my address, hang up and never pick up the phone again. Never ordering from here again and I want my money back!!

    Good service! They forgot something but when we called they apologized and delivered the food to our home. Sushi tasted amazing and was very fresh. Kind people on the phone :)
