Disgusting service, all the items are wonderful, the lady working there is the most disrespectful and grumpy person in town

I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, but it's time this location got a call from corporate and shook things up.. I recently realised that it's become a bit of a joke in town, just how miserable and rude the assistants are at this Bijou Brigitte. If someone told me that they are held against their will, I'd believe it! 😅

Good jewellery but they could learn a thing or two about customer service. The ladies working there are very rude and not helpful. Theres no concept of a hello or a goodbye to a customer or offering to help. The woman at the counter saw me fidget for good two minutes with clip on earrings while standing at the counter and offered no help! Pathetic service.

2 weken geleden €50 achter gelaten. Nu met 2 artikelen langs geweest omdat ze van zeer slechte kwaliteit zijn. Verkleurde oorbellen (2x dragen) en zonnebril welke helemaal uit elkaar valt. Gevraagd of ik enige service kan krijgen van ze, maar helaas. Personeel trok wenkbrauwen omhoog en gaf alleen maar aan zonder artikel nummer kan ik niks. De toon was zeer onvriendelijk! Niet meedenken met de klant. Jammer hoor, ik kom hier dus niet meer terug!

Last week I have bought several items like ear rings, bracelets, necklace and a small purse. I have bought several items of the same kind because I wanted to see first if it is going to fit my dress. I have specifically asked to the responsible person if I can bring these back if I am not happy with. She said it is possible to return everything back in 30 days and I do not get my money back but can exchange it and buy other things. i agreed and bought the stuff I wanted. Today I went to the store to give a couple of things back and what I heard was that I cannot return the earrings because of the hygiene reasons. I fully understand this. It is mostly the case in many stores. But what I do not understand is that why the person did not mention it at all. When I asked this question to her, she replied in a very rude manner that she forgot it. That’s fine too but what about me? They changed the purse and another thing but I did not get my receipt for the other items either. I see that returning policy is kind of problematic.

Zeer slechte zaak en onaardige mensen. Mijn dochter koopt van haar zakgeld een ring. Binnen 30 min helemaal verkleurd. Antwoord van de manager: tja dan moet ze geen nep sieraden kopen. Mijn conclusie: Veel te dure nep troep.

2 haarbanden gekocht, de prijskaartjes werden gescand bij de kassa. Thuisgekomen vergeleek ik de betaalde prijs met de prijs aan de kaartjes; 2x2e meer betaald dan op de kaartjes stond!

Wonderful products, but, the customer service is terrible, the workers are really nasty and rude towards the clients. Very unpleasent current experiences with the workers.
