Pure commercial attitude, dramatic! Money grab and Dr. Kolbach himself should take a communication skills course. Don't do that, there are plenty of professionals in other places in the area.

do not go there. they only care about money. there is a lot of wrong information being given. I had a referral letter. from the GP. and thought I was getting the right information there. it wasn't like that. my skin was broken. they haven't looked at it. and just received ointments that I had to pay for. my skin got worse. they also said I had edema. which wasn't the case. I had muscle paralysis there. my mouth hung there. instead of forwarding me. they simply continued with their treatments. I stopped there. scandalous. a warning here for folks. do not go there ! they only care about money. and they give wrong information. they don't care about patients. They also ignore the fact that you are insured.

Been in the past can't write a good word about it. She only prescribed me cream that was not reimbursed!

Dr. Kolbach is a very unsympathetic doctor, has little empathy. Absolutely does not tolerate any rebuttal/interaction, I felt I was not taken seriously, a doctor whom I would not recommend to anyone. How unprofessional, what a bad attitude, she lets me come for an intake but is already prejudiced that she cannot do anything for me and that she does not understand why I came to her from another dermatologist for a second opinion because she could no longer do anything for me After my complaint she refused to look at the skin and did not want to see my pain and itching in my arms because she had no file and wasted her time on something she did not feel like doing, everything was reversed, no follow-up, I felt sorry for the assistant

Never experienced anything so unprofessional from a doctor. Mobile phone was recorded during intake interview. It was discussed that the appointment in question would not yield much profit for them, but that they hoped that I would come back for other things that would make them more profit. The health insurer was labeled as 'bastards' and my complaints and treatment were shouted across the corridor to the receptionist for the follow-up appointment (where other patients were also walking and could hear this). Very unprofessional, immediately canceled the follow-up appointment.

Very bad!! Have 2 spots checked. She immediately said it was skin cancer and had to be removed. Didn't trust and went to AZM for a second opinion. Not a far cry from what looks like skin cancer. Real money grab!!

2500 euros for 10 treatments, while I pay 150 euros per treatment with better results and more time for you at another clinic in the city.. Wow, I wish I knew that sooner. Dear people, I wouldn't do facial hair removal here..
