Definitely a high quality McDonald’s. The best fries at any McDonald’s I’ve ever had, they are super flavorful, the salt is balanced, and they are served warm and super crunchy. The staff is also super nice and always enthusiastic... even though the price of the food here is higher than that in other countries (2.35€ for medium fries vs .60$ in USA) I think the extra money definitely goes into the quality and overall experience.

Very friendly lady did a lot of effort in entertaining my kids and brought small gifts and even free icecreams. When we left the happy meal gift she tiok it aside and kept for us to pick up. Excellent service!

An overall nice McDonalds with self-service kiosks. You have to pay for toilet which I did not understand as someone having bought food there.

Gluten free burgers

I tried old Amsterdam chicken burger. It was delicious

The food is very cheap tasting, kfc and burger king are far better.

Big menu. Gluten free available as well. One of the better mcdonalds.Will go there for a second time.

Always very busy and staff never seem bothered to serve or get food orders right especially deliveries and the food is hit or miss.

70 cents for a toilet use. What an idea to think I will pay for a toilet use. There is a restaurant a few steps ahead with many chairs outside, there the toilet is free. Go there if you need to pee

Standard McD fast food. Good wraps. Only 2 tenders in an order😒. Didn't like that we couldn't even get 1 free ketchup, even with two 4 euro orders of fries.

Awfully managed branch. The person managing the warehouse in the kitchen is drastically uninvolved, moves as if she was always after local delicacies from the "coffee shop". As a result, the waiting time for orders is 3 times longer than in other McDonald’s branches. Standards are not maintained here. Staff members are insanely incompetent.

Quick service and good outside seating.

Typical McDonald's, nothing special. Service is quick and food is alright. The only downside is paid toilet.

As an Uber deliverer they completely ignore you unless you force them to make your food

We dropped in for ice cream and coffee while walking around Maastricht, there is upstairs sitting areas. Very strange to be paying for the toilet at Mcdonalds though

The worst McDonald's in all of Maastricht. Aside from the fact that the delivery never arrives on time, it is incomplete in most cases. Totally unprofessional service. I do not recommend
