A department store with several floors , including a restaurant on the first floor . You can enter this place by a neighboring street and come out by another , and that vice versa . The store is beautiful and very clean , and the staff very courteous .

I don't know why, but I can never find what I'm looking for in this place. Also, the employees tend to be on the rude side. Edit: still have trouble finding items most of the time. However, I must have met their most "customer unfriendly" employees previously. The vast majority of employees are very helpful and friendly.

One of the best grocery store in this neighborhood. you can buy grocery items, apparel and even grab a quick lunch here.

Lot of products and good place for shopping. Hema is a chain store and available at almost all over in the Netherlands. I saw in every central stations they have their stores. Hema super market have collections of varieties products. Staffs are friendly.

Good shop in the center of Maastricht with a variety of things from clothes to pans. It is cheap and has quality products. It has very decent but cheap bike and kitchen appliances.

Good food. Good prices. Really nice personnel. Spilled soup and the lady said no worries, they would clean up. And clean.

Big shop, you can check online whether what you need is in stock. It's right in the center of Maastricht so, in the busy hours it can be quite messy. There is a little bistro on the first floor which has toilet options, and there is a takeaway bar with some quick warm snacks right near the entrance.

Went there today to buy a single vag of coffee beans which not so long ago still cost at most 9€ and not it just got raised to 10.75 without justification as they're already making a killer profit..on COFFEE! Not only are the being sneaky with advertising as they place the 3 x 25€ which is insane...who can afford to spend 25€ in one go on coffee? Plus they don't even mention there's a 2x 18€ offer, so if you don't know better you feel compelled to buy 3 if you even can afford that. Most people only buy one and limit their coffee intake which noticeable from the fully stacked shelves. Upon wanting to pay with money there was no visible 'normal' register, only one that had a sign and a bell infront of it, called 'bediending kassa', I mean that's a normal register, call it what it is and remove that ridiculous bell, that insulting! A customer who comes to a physical store wants the choice of physically paying. I had to call out 'can someone help?' and a girl came over and didn't even want to discuss how absurd this was, the manager then came and said they're been told by their supervisors that NO STAFF are allowed to even stand behind a 'normal' register anymore. Start offering a real service again w/ real cash registers, people are getting fed up of being manipulated, fooled and pushed to pay in zelfkassas! If not shutdown your store and only be available online 🙌🏼

Shop good but the waiters at the hot dogs’ shop are very irritating. I ordered a “luxe hotdog” and then, asked an extra gherkins. The answers was : “NO” On a very rude way. I just said I could pay the extra, doesn’t matter how much, and the frustrated girks answers me back : NO. I do not recommend that shop at all. They have no commercial sense at all. Really pitty and bad experience.

Nice place especially when you dont really need anything, and just cruise trough the store to see if there is maybe something you didnt know you need. Has also some food, cheap breakfast, good quality basic goods. Only problem is that some things are bit pricier than usually, but I guess if you are a person who doesnt worry about money much, this store is great.

Lots to see in this store, it's an Aladdin's cave of all kinds of products from clothing to houseware and decorations. You can even buy a sandwich and drink to keep you sustained whilst on your shopping expedition! There are toilets in store too (40c charge).

I love HEMA ❤ I stock up on quality basic supplies like notebooks, highlighters and sticky notes for work, beauty stuff, and of course food while I am in the Netherlands on business.
