Listen, everyone has good days and bad and when you deal with short trysts ala "Pretty woman" every encounter will be different. Me, I went full Sugar daddy on this place and spent 2 months here. When I started our "nightly rendezvous" I was but a mere Wood 5 member. At the end of our short-but-sweet relationship and I became a Gold 1 man. That's to say, I stayed here...a lot. These folks are Excellent, sure mistakes happen but overall they hustled hard to get everyone situated, accommodated, and sometimes inebriated. The GM is one of the hardest working personnel I've ever met and the staff is incredibly friendly and hard working! They try their best to make sure stuff gets done so if they can't make it happen, there is a reason. Please be patient, you will live longer. They are especially accommodating for traveling workers and they love us Nurses! Is there a cheaper place to stay? Maybe, but they made sure I came back every time. If I'm ever in the area for any length of time, I'll give you one guess on where I'll be staying, cause that's all you will need!

I enjoyed my stay. My room was well maintained, supplied. This was the fist stay where I have stayed and there were 3 sets of towels in bathroom, well stocked coffee area. Buffet area was clean, well stocked, enjoyed the pancakes, first time with that. Seating area and tables well cleaned and attendant very helpful. The only negative remark I have is about my online reservation and did not get refund and definitely did not know I was working with 3 rd party. I have told all my friends, family and acquaintances about this experience.

For hotels in this category, this one does well. The appearance is relatively fresh and modern. The rooms have been updated and have such amenities as USB chargers scattered about. The one thing that needs upgrading is the air conditioning system. The unit in the room is unreasonably loud when it kicks in. Beyond that, the room was good. The included breakfast rotates daily and includes something for nearly everyone. The overall setting is clean and pleasant and I recommend it for someone looking for something in this category and in this neighborhood.

The staff from housekeeper to front desk to the breakfast staff were all extremely friendly and it was not put on. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable! I would stay here again and again and again.

FYI, I stayed here 3 nights due to an emergency situation and the place was average. The staff was courteous and professional. In the end why I gave one star was the fact that on my final day I requested a late checkout and was promptly advised that any late checkout was $25 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours and was it okay to add that charge to my bill. Really?.... I rejected the offer and found somewhere else to kill 2 hours for FREE. I would never ever again state that "I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express"

Not going to lie I was a little worried when I booked this hotel if I would like it. I travel a lot and haven’t stayed at HIE in a few months because they have been lacking. This hotel did not lack. Front desk was extremely nice. I checked in late from traveling all day. I got to my room and was pleasantly surprised with a nice hand written card and some chocolate. The room was spacious and clean. Bed comfortable. Shower was great. They have DOVE products in the bathroom which was a nice surprise. I hate using bar soap that is normally in hotel bathrooms so much I normally bring my own bottle of hand soap. But after working & traveling all day I forgot mine. I was happy to see DOVE hand soap and no bar soap. I have to come back into town soon again for work and I will make sure to stay again. I hope the next room is just as nice.

I had a class for work in Atlanta and picked this place. It was amazing!! So clean, well stocked, more towels than I even used! Bed was comfortable and smelt fresh! I never walk barefoot in a hotel room but here I did! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Deonte and Victoria at the front desk were so kind and helpful! Great, stay and hope to stay again one day!

Breakfast was good enough to keep you from having to eave the hotel in the morning. Update: Sitting at the back wall looking through the window at breakfast was a very peaceful moment. And the staff was very courteous.

I'd like to commend Brianna, the front desk representative, for her exceptional service. When I encountered an issue with my room and approached the front desk, Brianna attentively listened to my explanation without requiring any proof. Despite the challenging circumstances of bad weather and a power outage affecting the systems, Brianna handled the situation with remarkable professionalism. With a warm smile, she promptly arranged for me to change rooms and even went the extra mile by presenting me with a thoughtful small gift, acknowledging the inconvenience I had experienced in my previous room. Brianna's dedication to customer service truly made a positive impact on my stay, and I want to express my gratitude for her outstanding assistance.

I give this hotel a three for two reasons, the breakfast was okay and the air conditioner was so loud when it came on that it woke me up constantly. I had to adjust the thermostat to a higher setting so it wouldn’t come on. It was a little warmer than I like, but I’d rather put up with that than to be grumpy the next morning for lack of sleep. Other than those two issues, the two days stay was great.

Had a wonderful stay, friendly and helpful staff. Lady at the front desk was great. Tamika with the breakfast crew was very attentive and awesome, very hospitable. Our room was spacious as we had 3 beds. Will definitely return again when visiting Georgia. Location is great, had everything around you could possibly want and need

She greeted each guest with a warm smile and ensured that everyone had a pleasant dining experience. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and tidy. They replenished the towels and toiletries daily, and the cleanliness of the room was consistently maintained. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the Atlanta area. It was conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to access popular tourist destinations and attractions. Additionally, there were several restaurants and shopping centers in close proximity, providing plenty of dining and entertainment options. Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn Express NW Atlanta was excellent. The friendly and attentive staff, clean and comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Atlanta area.
