The food and drinks are on point, tables are clean and the customer service is good.

The place is clean and peaceful. Had the two pieces streetwise and it was hot and crunch. I even had time to catch up on my reading peacefully

> I went there in the evening and i noticed the cashiers were so exhausted that they don't want to be engaged with words. Maybe shift can work > The place looks neat > Plenty of water for washin hands > They have a toilet within the Restaurant which is a plus. The just need to repair them so that they can be in good condition > Faster service > Good customer service too

It's all about timing this specific branch get a mega lunch rush and its has enough sitting capacity both upstairs and ground level. Parking in the area is risky also there's always a lot of traffic so best approached on foot.

The only KFC with decent fries, I eat them all fr. But ! What the hell are those chicken portions? This Sunday I went, and they were so freaking Tiny ! I didn't ask for chicken nuggets. That was so freaking disappointing. I ain't going there for chicken, that's for sure. The other snacks are okay, but them chicken ? Man, they need to do something, that's just unfair, heartbreaking.

I recommend using them in all surrounding areas as they are reasonably priced, professional, and hardworking. I had them move my boss in Palo Alto and even with the extra gas charge from SF they were better priced AND more honest. Great company and I will use them again if their rates stay amazing! Go ahead read some of the other reviews on different companies. One was stealing from their customers and they didn't know till they unpacked everything. One was known for screaming at the customers. It was not hard to choose Interstate moving and relocation group! They did not disappoint!

Quick service and great chicken. Most spacious KFC restaurant in the locality and also really clean. They should just add warm milk to the menu and I’d advise folks to stopover at that perfect joint in Downtown Nairobi.

Staff are lazy. It wasn't busy, I asked for chicken strips was told they had none, asked for chicken wings told there was none, so I then ordered three piece zinger, was then told they only had one piece of zinger left. I don't believe for 1 minute that KFC ran out of strips, wings, and zinger chicken pieces. Lazy idle staff

I did have very bad service from the people who take orders they feel what ever is served people will accept thou they are busy they try to slip in the under fried chicken or sooggy chicken 🍗 when questioned and asked for a complaint box reciept they blindly say the don't have

The food and service were good, at par with what is expected at any KFC. No complaints there. The washrooms are a mess. I don't think they had been cleaned for a while, the stench hits you as you get in. The lack of soap and paper towels just makes the experience bad. I would definitely not recommend.

My best menu item is definetly the berry krusher, always a hit , the fries and the chicken were good too.

The food is good and there is minimal delay on orders compared to other outlets I have visited. Both take away and in place dining services are available. They are almost always full though and it may take some time to get a table.

GREAT SPACING FOR: INDIVIDUALS,DUOS,DATES,BIG GROUPS ,FAMILY I'd recommend the upstairs section for bigger groups you will be sure to enjoy . The qaiters that clean up the table re sooo kind and welcoming
