The rooms were neat and clean but the service was very bad , almost half day we didn't get water from any of the taps and when we called to get assistance they are like ita you guys fault that ur unable to operate the taps ...blah...blah My frd has sat in the washroom for over 30 mins waiting for water in the middle of her shower WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Worst experience i have never done the experience like this worst service,not giving the response certainly, regular power cuts and not Even generator option, the rooms are full with smell of cigrates and alcohol, i suggest this for drinkers not for families and the tourists and you have better to take ss grand in ,gk grand in .. which are beside of these those are very comfortable and good management...........

Worst maintenance. Bed linen is not clean. People smoke in the corridors. They won't provide the complementary breakfast, if we ask they will tell we will get idly from next shop. Staff is not friendly. Won't recommend this hotel for families as I observed the rooms are used by college students to drink with friends and you can hear screams/loud chatter till 2 AM. Overall very bad experience.

Rooms are not maintaining properly getting bad smell. Dont ask hotel boys to get food from out side they give you worrest food and charge 3times of original price. They sre not providing any computarised bills. staff were very rude.

The stay at the hotel was disappointing due to the unpleasant demeanor of the receptionist who was shouting at the staff infront of the guests. Additionally, there were several issues with amenities, including the lack of wifi, no complimentary water bottles, and a TV that was not functioning properly. Overall, the high price was not justified by the poor quality of service and amenities.

In this building we have oyo followed by kotak Mahendra bank and many other service shops

I stayed in this hotel. Room and wash room is good. Staff are very nice people. The owner sri ramakrishna reddy is also very patient to hear the suggestions. 1.wifi to be arranged 2.almirahs also be cleaned every day along with room. 3.napthalene balls should keep in almirahs 4.cleaning on back side of cots should be made everyday. Totally i like the stay.

Receptionist (Male)r is good, rooms are less costly but bedsheets are not cleaned properly, no room service

Rooms are not maintaining well, rooms are just average.Dont ask to boys to get food from out side, they will charge high and will give you very less quality and quntity of food without bill.No sample soaps, tovels, water bottle, rooms are getting bad smell.

Look for room 103 and similar rooms in that line to get the best facilities, one of the nice place to stay in machalipatnam with all the necessary stuffs available at your doorstep...staffs are very helpful and 24 hrs check-in and checkout is available which helps a lot

Rooms were luxurious, but there is no internet facility, not so good hot water showers.
