    We ate there 4-21-23, around 5:00 p.m. While sitting and eating facing order counter, an employee emptied the fries onto the heated tray, salted and with gloved hand took a fry and ate it. Times like this makes a person want to have phones recording while in a resturant, but we didn't. This totally turned my meal into a throw away.

    I get that a lot of places are understaffed and hurting for workers but the least you could do is look up from the POS system and take orders from the lobby. My husband went in for lunch yesterday and said there was a woman waiting longer than 15 minutes for her order. He didn’t even order when he wanted because they focus on the drive thru and flirting with the cooks more than the customers. The woman who was doing drive thru looked up once and didn’t even acknowledge the customers in the lobby.

    Worst Burger King in Mansfield Ohio, this woman who thought she was the Burger Queen refused to sell us a piece of lettuce on the side and would not allow us to add lettuce to our sandwich she barked at the guy in the drive thru because he almost gave us a bottle of water with our meal without ringing it in properly. Not very professional in front of customers.

    If I could give zero stars I would .Today is June 2nd at 7:15 pm.went through the bk drive thru waited in line for 20 mins.Then when I pulled up to the pay window some guy with purple hair made a rude comment due to the fact I payed with 3 dollars worth of quarters.After finally getting my meal got home and my order was wrong also found multiple hairs in my food .Threw away a 22 dollar meal .I used to enjoy bk but my past couple experiences have been all relatively the same .Is it because they just don't have standards anymore ?Anyways I've never complained about products or service before but I've had enough of giving my money to these corporations who don't appreciate customers .NEVER will I return to this establishment!

    All the employees were talking inappropriate with my daughter sitting inside trying to eat. Manager was standing right there and did nothing. Taking shoes off while working, hanging all over eachother.

    Mark was always so polite and it didn't matter it was a hour before close or anything. I did tell him how awesome he was but everyone should know Mark is awesome!!!!!

    The staff is friendly, but the wait and understaffing has taken a toll. Once you’re in the drive-through, you’re stuck for >20 minutes.

    Something is horribly wrong with this store as far as service. Apparently they've hired very slow people and slow management to make the food. I've been behind 2 cars for 10 minutes waiting. Still not moving. Corporate needs to look into this "slow food " restaurant. Most likely I'll be going across the street to Wendy's next time. I'm stuck in this stupid line now and can't even leave. I'm severely pissed. GET IT TOGETHER MANSFIELD!!! Now I'm going on 20 minutes. Fast food my a@# If I've had time to review this place you know it's been a long time to get 1 burger and 1 large fry. Now I have the food. Warm burger and cold fries. I told the manager, a woman, that the fries weren't hot. She actually started swearing! I honestly don't care. She replaced the order of fries with Luke warm fries. I finally left. This store used to be really quick with orders and the food was always hot. Not anymore...waste of money.

    Went here on a Monday night order a Whopper combo and a shake. It was 9:30 was told shake machine was frozen over. That’s twice in a month?? Sounds like shutting it down early. Order the cheesy tots never received them. Called when I got home and was told they will have district manager send coupon for them. It’s over a week no coupon. Now I know why there is a lot of Burger Kings closing

    I went in close to Christmas they were really busy staff was great food was fast hot they did a good job. Other than a guy going around bothering people that were trying to eat trying to sell them cookies. and management wouldn't ask him to leave

    Pulled up to the window, Placed my order... 1 combo meal, 3 orders of chicken fries and 1 plain cheeseburger. Wited for a few minutes just to be told " I didn't get that" I said you didn't get what part to which he replied, " none of it" seriously. What exactly where you doing while I was talking....

    We walked in and no one else was in the restaurant. 4 different employees looked at us and not one of them greeted us or said anything. Finally the lady that was taking orders for the drive-thru came over and took our order. Not friendly, no apology for our wait, just took our order. It was just sad, it appeared very unorganized and plenty of employees were on duty. Food was ok, nothing spectacular. Can't say I'll be running back to this particular Burger King anytime soon.

    I have to say that this is the first timr that everyone was so nice and the resturant was clean. I decided to get s small drink as I ordered cheese sticks. She didnt charge me. So nice as maybe was manager, but very nice. Everyone working was really the best ever.The area that we eat at very clean. It was after 5 pm

    Came here for lunch today. Had to repeat to the cashier twice that we wanted medium meals and then she tried giving us small cups. My husband ordered an Italian royal chicken sandwich but cashier chose the royal chicken sandwich. Husband had to send his sandwich back and have it remade. Their fountain machine didn't have enough syrup. My light- lemonade was good. All the tables were also dirty. Had to use a wet wipe so we could sit. We might not return to thos location..

    When we pulled up to the window, the girl that took order was aggravated and making faces because the woman in car behind me changed her frie order. From the time I got our food, we never even got a thank you. No politeness at all.
