Worst service ever. It's not the waiters fault, they do the best they can, but the guy who invented this WhatsApp system of ordering probably have a brain disorder

We went to see an exhibition set in the 20s or 30s in a cabaret style with its own dressing room, the truth is that we thought it was an open exhibition where you could enter, but it was closed and you had to see it through a small window, The truth is that it had a lot of details, the bad thing is that it couldn't be seen up close.

Pathetic service!!!!

The table service is atrocious. My son accidently knocked over my beer. The waitress even observed the beer accidentally being tipped over. She just stood there looking. I then had to ask if she wouldn't mind giving me a cloth to clean the beer. I then had to ask if it would be possible to have the beer replaced. She said she would have to ask the supervisor. I then asked would she not be able to ask her and she said no. Then she came out with glass half full. She said that the supervisor said we could only have a beer for free even though it was an accident.

Takes forever!!!!!!!

The location is great and if you like to have gluten free bread with your hamburger go somewhere else. The bread comes os heated in the microwaves and is hard like a brick. They better could do no gluten free than serve this

The treatment of the waiters is very sad. It seems like they don't want to serve you. There were four of me at the bar just waiting to order and none of them dared. They have appetizers when you have something and they don't give them to you. And it's not cheap at all. Wine must be put in a glass, not in a glass of juice. At least the place is cool.

Did not eat anything because the automated ordering process was complex, and there was a long queue for the traditional ordering. A few birds inside the place, that was very annoying. And thus tables were dirty. Food vote base on appearance.

It is a shame that a place that could have a lot of popularity, because the space has its charm, is so poorly managed. The service is bad, the place is expensive, and although I have only tried the cakes from the menu, they were bad enough, dry and stale enough for me to never order anything other than a drink again.

The kombucha and lemonades are very tasty, unfortunately the service is not so good. We had to ask twice for the personnel to clean the table of the drinks left from previous clients and still didn’t get it done (which I find particularly not acceptable during COVID time). We ordered a cold snack and had to wait 40 minutes. By the time we finished the drinks we had to cancel the order. The location is really cool for a drink. Don’t feel recommending the restaurant though.
