Mine frit fruits de mer, TOP. Very small shop to eat some cheap but very tasty food, in large portions. Amazing quality, we ate a ton of food and we didn't have any digestion problems, highly recommended 👌

Tried Mine Bouille Mangouak for the first time and it was 10/10! Will definitely come back again and try other specialities! The service was very quick. We also tried Croustillant Calamar and Croustillant Crevettes and they were also 10/10! The long queue to wait to be seated was absolutely worth it!

I will only share my experience crude and true on 16th Dec 2021: AT 1205 entered the bistrot and was guided to a table, the waitress had her mask on her chin and handed us the menu. At 1215 ordered, a starter- calari croustillant. And a course of crevette au beurre basilic with salad and bread for the lady, and 1 miwi ourite avec mirroir. As other seafood is not available. Also, 33cl soft drink. At 1220 we were served our soft drink with 2 clean high ball glass. Polite waitress but her mask still not wore properly. Now the wait was long, and the heat outside isnt helping. At 1305 after several reminders, our starter were serve with tomato sauce and it was fairly good. At 1315 my partner had her crevettes au beurre basillic but the bread was missing. The waitress asked us to wait for the bread. And 1320 had my mine bouille without the egg, when asked the waitress she said to wait. Still waiting..... Ok i could not wait more, so got tobthe front and kindly asked the guy about, he said ill be served. At 13.30 got the STALE bread and mirroir. Disappointed today

A cool typical Mauritian place to taste authentic food. The staff is friendly and the food delicious. With the Sega music in the background, it's a unique experience for foreigners.

Ambience: Plenty of tables for family and friend to have a good time together. Food taste great and a wide variety of menu available. Service also very good. Price: value for money. Parking: no parking facility as such. Have to park on the road next to the restaurant. However the not very far from Mahebourg waterfront where huge number of parking spaces available. A very short walking distance of 5 mintues to the restaurant.

Food is excellent especially the seafood.. Staffs are friendly.. Prices are affordable.. Highly recommended👍

Friendly staff, good service and good food at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for? Also, the place was about to close on that day and we showed up in large numbers. Kudos to the team for letting us in exceptionally for a late lunch!

One of the best creole sea food mauritian restaurant and value for money

I tried the Boiled Seafood Noodle, and it was quite enjoyable. The noodles had a nice texture, and the seafood added a flavorful twist. A satisfying choice for a quick and tasty meal.

Typical and authentic mauritian food. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. If you want to avoid the long queue, be there before noon.

Friendly service, good prices for big portions. Their restaurant packed with people at lunchtime and dinner. Food is good but not excellent - at least regarding the taste of my vegetarian dish. I think they are better for food with meat/chicken/beef etc. But almost no choice for vegetarians.

Very nice experience at this snack in Mahebourg. We had to queue for approx 25 mins but it was worth at the end. Good and quick service. Food was as expected and price is affordable for the quality. We had as starters Crispy Calamari, Crispy Shrimp and Crispy Chicken. As main course Upside-down noddles seafood and Sauteed Seafood served with rice, lentils and mixed salad. I recommend 👍

Good food but busy place

Nice and cozy restaurant in Mahebourg. Typical créole restaurant. The seafood noodles was tasty 🤤 (i didn't ate such a fine noodle in my life) so for this I give 10/10. It's very busy during lunchtime let's say until 3pm but after that it's less crowded and you can for sure have a seat to enjoy the good food there.

The boiled noodles with coccles is a must try. They cook it with such expertise and there's no off taste whatsoever. I highly recommend.

Loved the place and the food! A nice welcome, with quick starters and the main course deliciously prepared. The staffs were very friendly as well Not to be missed if one is around Mahebourg.
