Old and sometimes can be dirty. I stayed here once a month continuously for almost 4 years but recently the cleanliness standard has reclined. The hotel does not always busy meaning that not always get fully booked, but I found out that the hotel did not maintain the cleaning well. I found used tissue paper and coffee bags in the dust bin, and pillowcases and blanket case were smelly like stinky armpits. It's evident that the hotel did not change those before my check in. It was unacceptable. There are many better, cleaner and newer hotels in the same price range in Udon town. I definitely won't come back here again.

Good place to stay if you have your own transportation because it’s far from the shopping center, the room are clean and reasonable price, I stayed in junior suit room the room quite big and comfortable for three adults, addition, this room has sofa for which actually can fit for one or two adults as well. Not as good as anticipated. Room is pretty worn out as can see from the shower cubicle, kinda dangerous as may cut the fingers without noticing. Also WiFi sucks... not working, luckily I have my unlimited AIS 5G. B2 is not that bad as the basic cleanliness is maintained.

I used to stay a lot at this hotel, their twin superior rooms are okay. There is no public transport, long walk from the central plaza, not practical to walk. Walls are thin, not sound proof.

There is nothing not to like about this place. My 2 boys and I stayed here for 2 nights and we wished we booked more. Friendly staff, we loved the unique design and boutique look of the rooms. Loved the separation of the bathroom and toilet. Loved that there was a bed on bench window. A place to hang clothes outside. Great place, whenever we come back to udon, we will stay here again.

Customized place, good for business trip who comes for only sleep night and go. Located in the place far from the market and convenience shop. If you stay will see only the local temple view near beside the hotel. 😅

Room is nice. It was designed in basic concept. Cleaness is also good and nice services. Location is ok just 2 km from UD town and also nere Central dept.

The hotel was really nice. The employees were really helpful and polite. The room was very clean and has a very nice view overlooking the city as it was on the 8th floor. For 500 baht it was really a bargain. So what was the problem and got 3 stars instead of more? The problem was the Wi-Fi. For me, which my work is on the internet and requires a fast and steady connection, it was a major deal. It was really slow and disconnected many times. I couldn't get my job done easily. If you are not looking for a good Wi-Fi or it is not crucial to you, but instead you only want a clean, nice situated hotel with a small price then this is your place. You will be very satisfied. If you are looking for all of the above included the Wi-Fi, you have to think your priorities.
