The worst experience i had in Thailand so far. Alot of faulty Electronics in the room. Shower curtain Was super moldy aswell as all tile joints around the bath tub. No milk for breakfast. The Pool had alot if tiles missing, was Not relaxing at all, because the Pool is right next to some Event room. So there were just people passing all the time. Oh and smoking on Personal balcony is forbidden. Over all would Not recommend.

As soon as a I got to the room I got to bed and the smell of all 4 pillows was disgusting. The outer pillow cases were clean but the pillows were very smelly.Smell of dirt, of pillows that had been used by hundreds of customers and never washed.

Good location and very good staff. Big rooms which are well equipped. Not the newest hotel but well maintained. Plenty of parking behind the building. Nice park in front of the hotel. Some restaurants around. Very good breakfast buffet.

Not a 4 but 3 stars hotel

The rooms are comfortable, spacious, newly designed. It has good amenities. Staff service is good and many of them put an effort to communicate in English. Food is good. Parking available. Opposite to the lake and it is easy to go for a jogging or morning run.

A luxurious experience. We made use of the refreshing swimming pool. Beakfast wasnice. The location was great being close to the park. Staff were helpful. Room was comfortable with all we needed including a balcony and a large bathroom.

Great service here, especially Khun Poo we met at the breakfast restaurant. She always pays her full attention to everyone needs and never miss a single thing ☺️

Reason we chose this over other hotels is the pool. The pool was not clean it was black at the bottom with dirt.

The name sounds nicer than the place is. It’s old and can use some refurbishments.

Hotel conveniently located by Nong Prachak Public Park Lake. Clean & spacious rooms with breakfast served in the morning. Very friendly staff.

That Hotel looks really good in the internet but when we came anything looks quite old. It really need some renovation .. it's a bit overpriced for that old look My experience was good but they really need to refurb this My room looked really old and that bed was stonehard

Nong Prajak Park is just across the road from the hotel which is great for an early morning jog or a late afternoon stroll or bike ride around the lake. It is close to Udon Thani Government Hospital and there are many restaurant options in the near area. My preferred hotel when visiting Udon Thani.

Quality of the room not as good as my last visit a few years ago. Staff service and attentiveness still top notch.
