From the end of the bridge through the elevator down to the exit, there is a free shuttle that goes around Newport dropping off guests to any hotels in Newport. Late checked in and the front staff was really helpful. Did her effort to put us in the pool view room which made our stay pleasant. Our room was clean and beds are comfortable. Facilities are complete and clean. Buffet breakfast has lots of variety from authentic Filipino dish, continental to mixed - Asian dish. Foods were always hot, fresh and frequently replenished. Overall cozy ambiance from rich architectural concept. Convenient location to patrons of casino, shoppers and food lovers. Wide range of restaurants once crossed the bridge to the Newport Mall and no need to walk under stinking hot outside. Will recommend to friends.

Stayed for 4 nights. This is a big luxury hotel with an incredible pool deck. Rooms are modern and have nice facilities. The exec lounge is really nice with an outdoor section too. Breakfast is very good too - loved the Filipino breakfast. Its superbly run and management in place make everything great. Rates are pretty high, but the standards do make it worth it.

This is a very nice Hilton hotel!!! Staff treated me like a VIP. Exceptional service from everyone working there. Very kind and courteous. Extremely safe hotel, great location beside the airport and part of resort world. The room was as you would expect from a 4 star hotel, nothing was out of place. I will stay here again. The common areas are beyond pretty. I really really liked this hotel!!!! The hotel management should be proud of themselves.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The room was so clean and tidy. the bathroom was lavish and the bed was very comfortable. they staff had a personalized welcome card with chocolates and wine ready for us. The doors have a red light/green light indicator so that you can tell house keeping if you want the rooms serviced. they have a brand new sky bridge that connects the complex to Terminal 3 at the airport, so you don’t have to fight traffic to get there.

This place is great and very clean. The electronic devices in the room we rented were all expensive brands. They have swimming pools open until 9 pm. This closing hours might have change since we were there during the pandemic. Smoking is not allowed too. Even lighting up a candle (if you're planning to celebrate a birthday here for example) is not allowed because it will be detected by the fire alarm system in your room.

Spent a night in this hotel and it’s the best hotel I’ve been so far. Gorgeous building. One word to describe this hotel, LUXURY. They have high quality rooms and high quality service. We have stayed at this hotel many times and also paid to have a executive room and access to the executive lounge. Previously in the executive lounge there was more selection of food and mid day snacks now for mid day snacks there is a bowl of pop corn and a bowl of peanuts fairly ordinary for a executive lounge. Breakfast & tea are acceptable better than average just in between disappointing. It may be bad luck with our timing but on 3 of our stays the pool heater had been broken I’m starting to think does it ever work! For the money we pay and what we get for the money I would say not worth paying to stay here and selecting the executive room. We will be booking at the Sheraton next vacation to compare the 2.

Best workation ever! Staff was very accommodating making my family and I feel safe. View from the room was very calming despite the storm. The room itself was very clean. It was sealed after being cleaned and opened only when we arrived. Breakfast was plentiful even if the menu items didn't change in the four days that we stayed.

Hilton Manila and Casino is amazing. I had a great time there. My suite was overlooking the pool and the whole experience both inside and out is great. There's a very nice bar as soon as you walk in with liquors from all over the world and the bartenders are very friendly and welcoming as is the entire staff who try to think of anything you might need and provide it even before you ask. The hotel as well as the casino are very beautiful and clean. The staff is constantly walking around sanitizing everywhere especially the games in the casino. There's an excellent restaurant that served a very fresh and safely prepared and safely served seafood buffet called Kusina that I would recommend even if you are not staying at the Hilton it's definitely worth going to. The hotel is also connected to a mall that you can get to thru I think the second floor and it has many stores and boutique shops and restaurants and has indoors the architecture and decor of a modern city and buildings and is very cool. The Hilton is close to many other hotels and casinos within a block so if you want to try another casino there are others in very close proximity to the Hilton. The airport is very near especially terminal 3. I would definitely recommend this hotel and feel confident that anyone who goes there will be happy with everything from the staff to the smallest detail in your room or the restaurant or casino

Really awesome experience where the entire staff went above and beyond; when they found out it was our anniversary they played our song in the restaurant and brought us a happy anniversary cake. Limo service to the terminal was excellent, room was as you’d expect. Overall just a wonderful stress free experience from start to finish. Anytime I’m in Manila in the future this will be my go to hotel.

Everybody was so courteous, polite, helpful and awesome customer service. We had to check out early because of an early flight. Staff make sure that our transportation was on time and they packed us delicious breakfast so we can eat it at the airport while waiting for our flight back home to US. Hilton never disappoint me wherever i go, and they upgrade my room, gave me discount to one of their restaurant, unlimited snacks, drinks at the executive lounge. Excellent customer service.

Stayed here with friends. All the employees are very courteous. They will always greet you and are very well-informed when we have questions. The rooms are great and big. The RS food is good. The gym is quite small but enough for some workouts. The pool is shared with Sheraton guests but not crowded. They have grilled food for sale in the pool area as well. The breakfast was very filling with many choices. I enjoyed it. It just a bit hot during breakfast but I know that the weather in Manila has been really hot the past weeks. The only disappointing thing was the Chicken Fricassee I ordered on their lounge. I waited for 1 hour and the food I received includes 6 chunks of Chicken only for Php 600+ meal. Nevertheless, overall experience was good. Would also like to commend sir Bert for his service. Will surely come back again.

First time to stay-cay at Hilton Manila (Dec.24-25,2021), hope to be back again. Big plus the pet friendly accommodations. And The staff at the ground floor esp that very courteous man at the bell service he does his job more than he should, very warm and courteous 👍. And the staff at the checking area were so nice to our pet cats Crash and Cocoa. They were even trying to play with them. A few hang ups, though, the digital thing was not so digital after all, we had to go through all the usual stuff. But the reception guy was very also courteous and at the same time apologetic about delays. Food was good for room service. Kusina was fully booked had room service instead. Room service guys who brought our food were very friendly and courteous as well. Over all Hilton Manila aside from the plus of being a pet friendly hotel, you have very accommodating and kind staff helping everyone get through the busy holidays. Thanks. I have stayed in this Hotel 3 times and each stay has been consistently excellent. The staff are very polite and friendly, and I feel like a VIP every time. The hotel, the rooms, the pools are kept clean. Hand sanitizers are easily accessible. I love their Kusina for breakfast buffet. It's a happy place to be, for me.

What a wonderful new addition to the Resort World area next to Manila’s international airport. The location is great if you want to rest after a long flight. And the customer service was impeccable! Unfortunately airport shuttle service was unavailable, but if you walk through the skybridge, which is connected to the terminal, there’s a free shuttle at the exit for all the hotels in the Resort World area.

Good location near the airport and mall connected with casinos. Very good for people on layover or who want to gamble to pass time and then go shopping. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars based on price you can go to hotels right next door for lower price and similar quality

The staff were very nice and helpful and always on top of things. Even the drivers were on time and easy to locate when they picked us up from the airport and brought us back to the airport. Front desk people were very helpful and accommodating. We requested for upgrades twice and they readily arranged it. Staff at the concierge were very helpful with arranging transportation and dealing with package pickups. Buffet breakfast was always great with a lot of choices and different menu everyday. We would love to come back to Hilton Manila when we go back to the Philippines.
