Surprised of the level of poor service in Jeddah, in the airport it’s very hard to order Uber. At the hotel we had tried for 2 hours to book a ride but was unsuccessful each time. The drivers accepts the ride and then cancel it right away.

It is a nightmare to try reaching Uber customer support that has no phone or WhatsApp or email to reach to in order ro file an official complaint about heavy smoking Uber cars in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. 70%+ of all Uber drivers are heavy chain smokers or they allow clients of all ages to smoke freely in their cars. Why not imposing a strict work ethics on all Uber participants to respect & be more caring toward clients with various Medical issues & the elderly 🔥
