Mr. Asim Saleh Abdulwahab, who presented himself as a owner of the shop, was showing extremely rude and aggresive attitude and behaviour to the customers. He refused to present his identification card on my request after refusing me to enter the shop although my tawakalna includes confirmation of three vaccine doses. His female staff on the entrance does not wear mask below the niqab which is an obligation according to the KSA Ministry of Health. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable for customers. Senior professionals in the shop should instruct this kind of workers how to behave or remove them completely from their working place because this is the way of protecting customer's safety and pleasure.

Has got a fairly good collection of clothings with reasonable prices and sometimes very cheap offers as well. It has got no trial room which is bad and place is congested , more so at the billing section. Overall a good place, value for money.

What to say about it🤔😜. A brand. Everybody may know about it. Now there is no trial because of the corona. It will be an affordable price

Good place to buy casual clothes. There’s one area to be improved. There’s a self checkout counter where you can scan, pay and keep going. This is really convenient as you don’t have to wait in the queue for billing. The only issue is, the employees are asking people not to use it. I don’t understand the whole point of self checkout kiosk when the customers are asked not to use and an employee walks with you and does the task. Looks like this store needs an internal audit by Max management to sort some things out.

Beware of the charged parking timing. We got fined 200 SAR for exceeding time limit by 7 minutes!! :(
