One of the interesting places to visit for tourists or pilgrims, located at the foot of Mount Jabal Nur and under the Hira' Cave, the museum was built with the latest and sophisticated technology, providing an extraordinary experience for the eyes and ears which contains the truth of the revelation of the Al-Quran that was revealed. to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Some areas are not allowed to be photographed for intellectual property reasons, the toilets are clean, the staff is very friendly in serving, there is a good souvenir shop and various kinds of products, food and drinks are available for visitors, there is a comfortable waiting area while looking at Jabal Nur, a track will be built to Hira' Cave, we can take photos in the replica of Hira Cave., the parking area is spacious and it is located not far from the city of Mecca

Museum al wahyu is located at the foot of Mount Jabal Nur or Hira Cave displays an animation of the revelation. This museum is a historical tourist destination in the city of Mecca. This museum is equipped with the latest technology and sophisticated visualization. So that visitors are amazed and even moved when they witness the stories of revelations from Prophet Adam AS to the final revelation when Prophet Muhammad SAW died. A brief historical animation of Revelation. It's still in the development stage, hopefully we can come back here at 2024 Aamiin This Museum full of technology and rich experience

Absolute waste of time if you are visiting from Pakistan or India. The Urdu guide is gonna spend all the time in telling you how people of Pakistan and India are involved in different shirk activities and how climbing the jabal-e-noor to get a glimpse of the Hira cave is a bida't as none of the sahabis did that. The typical wahabi lecture you can listen on YouTube for free. 100 rials wasted.

Kami datang sekeluarga dengan tiket masuk family 2 dewasa&2 anak 60 sar, ketika ditanya tiket, mereka menjawab tidak ada tiket maupun bukti pembayaran. Museumnya bagus dan ada pemandunya. Menunggu sekitar 10 menit untuk masuk kedalam. Sayangnya tidak diijinkan berfoto maupun merekam didalamnya. Tetapi ada pengecualian untuk rombongan lain (2 hari setelahnya) saya melihat mereka melakukan live instagram disana. Setelah selesai pemandu mengantar ke toko souvenir. Harga lumayan terjangkau dan banyak diskon. Total kunjungan 1 jam.

Amazing revelations of ulul azmi prophets. You will get a discount if there are 3 and more people. I love the available translators and splendid job they did with hira' cave mock up. When I came, there was a very informative of hajj exhibition, a free camel ride and experiencing arab coffee under badwi tent.

Museum fees are 20 royal per adult. The museum was incredibly underwhelming. It was basically a series of clips that we watched, having shifted from room to room for each clip. Men and women separate, so it didn't feel like a family experience either. We told them we speak English and Turkish and we were put in an Urdu speaking group which is ridiculous. Thankfully the videos had English subtitles or it would've been a complete waste of time. This museum is nothing like conventional ones of today where you see a historical artifact with captions etc. There's only one section that has this and we could barely stop to read the information as the group leader just walked straight off to the gift shop with everyone. I would've much preferred walking around the museum at my own pace, having done the same thing. It would have been more enjoyable. The surroundings of the museum is great, very well kept. Palm trees, a little water fountain, tonnes of ice cream shops. There was a lovely restaurant there that sells döner, I tried their zinger burger which was fabulous. It's an excellent place to spend the evening. Though the exhibition could've been better, I still wouldn't advise passing up the opportunity to go. It was a lovely evening out.

One of the must visit museum in Makkah. This year (2023) they set up the Hajj exhibition and Road To Makkah exhibition. The management is paving a new route up to Gua Hira' behind the museum and it's expected to be completed in 2024.
