Worst service ever. Do not come to this branch. Asked for the check 5 times and nobody was bringing it, even though it wasn’t crowded, and they had a lot of waiters not doing anything. Imagine having to wait for your check for 20 minutes. Not worth it at all. I had to go to the cashier myself and they still made me wait more than 5 minutes standing while a couple of waiters were literally doing nothing.

I like the atmosphere alot they have music and several TVs and foos ball table .. They give the kids colors and coloring books It's very nice and gives amazing atmosphere. The food is so tasty i like the boneless wings with various sauces and the wings with bones was amazing as well.. I recommend you to visit it😍

The lunch offer is value for money. I like the service of the crew. If your a French fries lover, this place is for you. The Buffalo wings their offer is very good and uniquely and exclusively offered by them.

Great place to visit on Sundays/Tuesday to take advantage of their good offer. I would also like to applaud the employee “داوود” for his outstanding service. He is incredibly professional, as well as kind. If any corporate manager is reading this, consider giving this guy a well earned raise.

As a regular visitor of Buffalo Wings and Rings Restaurant, I have to say that my experiences have been consistently disappointing. The service is slow and the staff is often rude. The quantity of food served is inconsistent, with smaller and less meaty wings compared to other branches. The sauce is also lacking in both quantity and quality. Waiters take more than 10-15 minutes to refill soft drinks and often ignore any additional requests after providing the order. Most of the times they take the wrong order. Generally, it takes a very long time to complete a simple order, but during football matches they are comatose and take extra long time. The food is not fresh and is served cold. Parking is also an issue at this location. Additionally, the prices are on the higher side for the quality of food and service provided. I hope the management takes note of these issues and takes action in improving the service instead of sending generic and unhelpful replies.

Yesterday we had a great experience. Good food and drinks and excellent service. Today we had the opposite experience: sitting for 20 minutes outside. No drinks, no one coming around to take the order. The waiter cleans the tables instead serving. What a pity!

We came for suhoor, late dinner. It wasn't busy and we sat immediately. We ordered the appetizer platter 5/5, it was great for sharing and big enough as a main course. Honey mustard salad 4/5, good mix of vegetables, chicken, crunch. But the corn was canned corn and had a bit of an aftertaste. Lemon pepper wings 4/5, the wings themselves were perfectly fried, but the sauce was too much and they added hot sauce to the mix which changed the whole flavor profile. Boneless buffalo wings 3/5, just regular hot sauce, nothing special. Sweet bbq boneless wings 3/5, smothered in bbq and lost the crunch. Overall, the food was better than expected and the prices were average, i would like to come back for the wings and appetizer.

Starting with the food, the food is absolutely delicious, especially if you’re a spicy food enjoyer like me. Prices are alright, but their Tuesday wings frenzy offer is a killer deal! The restaurant itself is clean, and has the casual American dining-in experience, with even a foosball table inside for you to enjoy with your friends while you wait for your order. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall a solid 5 stars for me 👌🏻

Had the worst experience here. The wings dipped in Buffalo sauce was actually Shatta (Hot sauce) The person taking our order had recommended us this. And it turned out to be the worst. Quesadillas were ok, not much to appreciate, was not crispy.

Very bad ambience, too many screens in the restaurant. The food is below average and heavily priced. The traditional wings seemed to be dipped in the Rana red sauce, useless. Quesadilla is just average, the fries are also not special. They serve plastic cutlery with the meal. Waste of money.

a great place to eat if you're in the mood for delicious wings and other American comfort food. The wings are cooked perfectly and the sauce is amazing. I highly recommend the Garlic Parmesan sauce, but there are many other great options to choose from Forgot to take a picture of the food cause i was starving 🙃

Worst service I’ve ever received until now , the servant ordered us to move from the table ( because the section was close ) due to how lazy they are . And he told us change the table and I’ll take your order , after waiting more than 20 min he keeps ignoring us and clean the tables even tho the restaurant was ( almost empty) so I had to stand and go to the reception to ask if someone is working here to take our order . The guy who’s working in the reception came to take our order by himself!! . I’d love if you check your servants are able to deal with customers in basics stuff . I’d never visit this branch again . And check their outfits for name tags next time . The chicken is rancid .

I usually have my wings plain with the sauce on the side but this place mixes the sauce with the chicken Ordered different type of sauces and the best was “crazy” sauce, my friend told me about it and she wasn’t mistaken 😍, the rest are good but not great.

Pre-booked 2x Iftar meals at 5pm on 24/4/22. Entered restaurant at 6:30pm and found only 2 x dates and only 1 x water (supposed to receive 2 water). No appetizers (though it requires no choice) served until we lose our patience and called a waitress to take our order. If we didn't call , we would should have waited until Sahr without any doubt. Worst iftar experience. No benefit of pre-booking.

The place is quite good and the appetizers such as onion rings and fries was fresh and hot except the wings both boneless and traditional was not good unfortunately at all compared to the Sari branch plus the operation was too slow and this was not the first time it is the 3rd time happened! unfortunately because this branch is near to my home place but I think I’m gonna heading to Sari branch instead which is more away but they serve everything fresh and hot specially the wings. I hope to figure out or fix this issue in this branch very soon. Thanks
