If giving no stars was possible I would. The service from this store is absolutely horrendous, large meals were ordered, the chips were in large chip boxes but only contained a small size worth of chips. Upon further Inspection of our meal my burger was just sitting in the bottom of the bag not even inside the box. The manager of this store might aswell grab the phone and throw it in the swan river as it’s absolutely useless having a phone if you don’t answer it.

After a huge wait my order was handed to me cold. It was sitting on the bench for a fair while and was then given to me without the drink of my choice. Completely understand if the drink is not available however I should have been given the meal and an alternative option much earlier. I can see the young kids working are trying to do their best and in my opinion the company needs to train and staff each store better !! There were a bunch of grumpy people waiting and no one should wait too long for what we call fast food ! Ask me if I’ll be visiting anytime soon and I’d say no.

Staff can not follow simple instructions. Ordered a CHOCOLATE OREA MCFLURRY, recieved normal Oreo mcflurry and 2 chocolate soft serves, ordered frozen mango, recieved frozen coke. Staff on shift did not care and refused to fix the order

Finally got my long awaited chippies and was horrified at the sight of a massive, extreme, fat, long black hair now I love maccas but honestly just disappointed, I will no longer rave about maccas, have to say tho the caramel frappe is scrumptious, but won’t be coming back

Bins were full and drinks spilt in front of bins. Told one of the staff and nothing was done about it. Store was dirty. Chips was cold. Not a pleasant experience at all. This was such a lovely store but service has definitely decline. Shame. Rather travel a bit further to a nicer store

At MacDonald Ballajura, I rediscovered an old culinary companion - the Double Quarter Pounder. This time, our reunion was sweetened by the strains of the Eagles’ classic, “Hotel California” playing in the background. My taste buds were treated to what I can confidently affirm as one of the best renditions of the Double Quarter Pounder I’ve ever had. Now, this meeting was not without its emotional overtures. The Double Quarter Pounder was a hearty reminder of yesteryears, a melody of memories that had kept me from indulging in it for a while. However, the warmth of the freshly cooked burger and the timeless tune reassured me it was okay to embrace the past while savoring the present. The experience was not as enjoyable as the ones tucked away in the corners of my memory, but it was beautiful in its own unique way. The delight was not shadowed by the past but enhanced by the quality that MacDonald continues to maintain. Overall, my visit to MacDonald Ballajura was more than just a meal. It was an orchestration of taste and nostalgia, each bite and beat blending into a memorable dining experience. While the past has its own unique taste, there’s also something quite special about making new memories with old favorites, all while the Eagles serenade in the background. Consistently good quality food and service. Friendly hard-working staff. Very short wait times, a pretty well oiled machine, perfectly managed. If maccas is your thing, this is one of the better stores.

What a JOKE! Ordered our burgers for tea tonight, but whoever made our burgers must have thought it would be funny, to leave out the chicken! Tried to call the store, no one picks up the phone, finally found a number to call, and they offer me a $5 refund (1 burger was paid for with points). Not even an apology! Thanks McDonalds Ballajura, for ruining our tea.

Extremely disappointed. I placed an order at 11.23am for a delivery at 12pm. Didn't even come until 12.50. Supposed to be a reward for 8 children in my classroom.

Went over with my granddaughter & her friend for a late afternoon meal. The order was quick, but the food was awful, given dry overcooked chips, which were hard as. Had to ask them to remake the burger as the bun was overheated in the microwave. Totally disgusting!! Staff not helpful at all.. their faces were totally off putting when I asked for another burger to be made. The kids were hungry so ate the awful chips as the wait for the meal was so long. I then ordered a coffee, after 4 minutes of waiting, had to ask them where the coffee was.. the only good thing about the place was the play ground, when my grand daughter took off her shoes to play.. her feet were disgusting black with the dirty floors!!

I ordered a large takeout of French fries today, but when I received it, it was half a pack. I was very disappointed! The price is not cheap either. Worst McCafé coffee ever. I ordered a flat white, it was very bland and tasted like instant coffee! Very disappointed!

It was nice, not exactly a fine dining experience, but it was better than the average McDonald's, and it's cute watching the teens work when they'd rather not be (but to their credit, they tried their best were never less than professional).

May favourite McDonald’s in Perth. Staff is very helpful and serve with a smile. I ordered a burger and picked up to realise it wasn’t I wanted. Staff swapped it without any fuss. The manager was extremely helpful and courteous.

didn’t receive something that we ordered through drive through. when we went in no one was available to help or give us a new one so we were forced to spend more money and buy another. scammers.

Once again items missing from order, items listed on both paper and email receipts and were payed for. I received a Mcflurry that would be a stretch to call it half full. All 3 cokes would’ve barely been 3/4 full. Baffled as to how someone could think half filling the mcflurry was acceptable to serve anyone. The containers and cups are that size for a reason, they hold an amount that is fair value for the money they ask for the items. The money isn’t the issue but the principle is what gets me, surely the staff can’t be so poorly trained that they haven’t been told how much food and drink need to be placed in the cups.!? Or is it that it’s staffed mainly by 14yr olds and who don’t even want to be there. But paying them minimum wage means savings on wages lol. Hire some older staff who have even just a hint of work ethic, pay them a decent wage so they actually want to serve customers well and save the poor reputation your getting. Even minimum wage is expensive if your customer base drops due to poor customer service and item quality. Would’ve been so much easier to have said this over the phone but when nobody answered after my 5th call you didn’t leave me a choice. The fact that nobody could or wanted to answer a bloody phone proves my point to a tee. Wonder how much money and how many customers you’ve lost because of the poor management and staffing you’re unaware or don’t care to address. Only good thing in all this is the fact that other mcdonalds stores are all close enough that I’m not forced to shop at your location anymore. Sort your mess out and do better.

Very neat the toilets are AAAAmazing. Though the annoying thing is how they sometimes don't put the food you ordered without any explanation. Other than that, service is 100/100 very aproachable!

Every-time I go here they mess up my order. They seem to have a lot of staff working but can’t get anything right? Not to mention the place is always a mess.

I bet this franchise saves a lot of money on Whipped Cream. I’m getting tired of receiving my Iced Chocolate’s without the whipped cream and chocolate on top, it’s whats advertised and I’m paying for it! I asked the worker for the whipped cream on top and she said to me that the Iced Chocolate’s aren’t made like that anymore. I’m not stupid, I order online, the ingredients are listed and there’s a picture of what it’s suppose to look like! Also every other franchise around who I’ve ordered an Iced Chocolate from makes theirs the way it’s advertised. Stop being lazy.

Was a really lovely experience to have someone working on the floor, made you feel welcome & was lovely and friendly. I enjoyed the service more then the food. Customer service skills where excellent! 😅

My family and I have just had a great time at MacDonalds Ballajura. We were greeted with a friendly smile by one of the bosses ‘Liddy’. He was friendly and professional, a real credit to the store. He was really helpful when using the electronic menu. This has to be one of the best Maccas I have been to in Perth. I’m giving it 5’s all round. Food was hot and tasty, the place was immaculate and staff friendly.. Thanks again ‘Liddy’ keep up the great work. If there is a way to get a job well done I think it should be him..

Absolute trash, always gets simple orders wrong. Customer service doesn't exist. To busy being trained to rush & serve fast food rather then listen to what the customer is ordering. Bad management is really at fault because they train staff terribly. Story time I ordered a lrg qtr pounder meal 2 apple pies through menulog as it was 11.30pm and i just finished work, couldn't be bothered driving down NOW when i got my food the receipt on the bag was what I ordered, but in the bag was a small hamburger meal... So I drive to the store now being 1 am to show them the mistake. They said I had to sort it out with menulog and would not give me what I ordered, even though they put the wrong food in the bag. 1AM there was no one in the restaurant. They had no reason why I was given the wrong food and I had to pay again at the counter to get what I ordered online and then follow up with menulog to get my money back.. From now on ill be recording my interactions to show how bad the restaurant staff really are. Do better for all your customers.

Went through the drive thru at approx 9am on the 1st of June. Used my rewards to get myself a big Mac. I asked for no pickles (as shown on the grill slip) but did indeed get pickles. Burger also had a tad too much lettuce but was made fresh and service was fast.
