Ripped Off!! Only received half the order....Ordered 2 quarter chicken & chips ...the quarter chicken in both packs had been cut in half so was only 1/8th of chicken per pack...could clearly see where they cut half the quarter off...see pic...chicken was dry & tatty...couldn't eat the wing as it was too hard....what a waste of my hard earned money 😡

Such a rip off, we asked for a large meal and the wrap was extra small. All sandwiches get smaller and smaller.It was so bland and dry when we clearly asked and paid for extra sauce. Their bread was old and hard. They told us it was because we put it in front of an aircon in the car when we didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

My daughter in law went there last night and it was the worst chicken we have had, Ballajura had no chickens, so we went there as the next closest, never again, she was kept waiting for service at the counter while they served the drivethru. not happy......

All three of us were nauseas and sick shortly after getting takeaway from here, it's the next day now and still feeling sick, my daughter is off school as she was throwing up this morning. I honestly wonder what the hygiene practices of this store are like, I feel like Iv eaten contaminated raw chicken. The food seemed cooked although the wrap bread was dry and hard. Maybe the utensils and equipment were not washed properly. Who knows, won't be going back or eating red rooster again🤢

Red Roster you have let yourselves down. Your flayvas used to be tasty and juicy. Now they are dry and you use plastic cheese. Yuk. Plus now you don't have coca cola. Won't be back.

Indian girl at drive thru window gives attitude if you ask to use the app, rolls her eyes, refuses to allow you to use a voucher or any points accumulated like its coming out of her own pay! Happened on multiple occasions that its not worth going there. Do not recommend.

The venue is a disgrace, certainly not up to Red Rooster standard. The store could do with a complete overhaul. And the the toilets were out of service! Most of our lunches, (there were 4 of us dining), were okay but inconsistent. One of the Rooster Rolls had so much mayonnaise it was as though the bottle had been tipped in and very little chicken added. Not a good experience overall.

Usually decent but the person running the drive through need to be re trained. If I order and pay for something it'd be nice to receive it even when I specifically mention it. Not to mention I had to refuse nuggets twice. Just get what I bl**dy ordered.
