    This did not feel like a 4☆ hotel. More like 2☆, best case scenario 3☆. The picture makes it seem it's closer to the Eiffel Tower compared to reality. The room was small, typical for Paris but it's not located close to the center so no reason to compromise. The table top was burnt or damaged, the bathroom dated with the shower wall broken. There were marks and scratches on the walls. I had limited interaction with the staff but they felt ok. On the bright side the bed was clean and comfy, so that's a big plus. Breakfast is basic but not really worth it: ham, eggs, cheese, fruit, puff pastry. The only advantage is that there are no real breakfast options nearby. Overall one of the less pleasant accommodations.

    Very practical hotel that does the job for a couple of nights. Rooms are actually quite small and the decor won't be to everyone's taste. Customer service is very good. Some takeaways and restaurants just a short walk away.

    Nice room, quiet, I had the privilege room with free drinks in the mini fridge, breakfast without surprised, but included in the price, clean overall, but I saw spider web on the hand dryer in the men's bathroom in the dining area. I haven't really talked to the staff after check-in, but nice so far. The hotel was just refurbished and the new design is nice.

    For me this was also more like 2/3 star hotel instead of 4. Rooms are small and feel used. Bathroom was refubrished recently but there was plenty of dust on the air vent (this is my cleanless meter for hotels). Usually Mercury at 4 stars feels premium and this was nowhere close to what I'm used to at this network. On top of that there was works done across the hotel which resulted in smelly and dusty corridors. Overall bad expierience. On the plus the staff was good.

    Very clean. Had a little things that need to be fix. Worst part the elevator was not in service once we got there and when we left. We were on second floor with luggage and didn't make no sense. Too much going up and down the stairs. They should have told people about elevator because what if they had issues with moving. My sister already has issues with her knees. Breakfast was good and bed comfy.

    I was very disappointed the bed was obviously old because it creaked and had a big drop in the middle of the mattress, I kept rolling to the middle and had the most uncomfortable sleep. I think they should invest in new beds. However, the cleanliness of the room was excellent and the staff very friendly and very helpful indeed. So overall I enjoyed my stay I just wish I could have had a comfortable sleep

    We liked it - great underground garage parking and very good value - 15 euro per night. Right opposite a bus stop. Clean rooms. Excellent staff.

    The room was decent though I saw some hairs that were not mine scattered around the bathroom and bedroom. It would have been an okay experience if not for a certain reception staff. I was leaving around 4am as I had a flight to catch. When I tried to check out the receptionist insisted I had not paid for my stay even though I had to pay upon arrival in order to receive my room key. She proceeded to treat me like a thief and refused to let me leave suggesting that I should pay again. I went as far as showing her my online banking but she refused to accept it as the transaction was 'pending' even though the money had left my account. She then said she wouldn't let me go unless she took a photocopy of my passport and told me I was blacklisted as I was leaving The tone that receptionist took with me was completely condescending, rude and unacceptable. I don't believe I have ever been spoken to in such a way at an establishment that I am giving my own money to. The other reception staff I dealt with however were extremely polite and helpful.

    They say that it is a business hotel, so they only provide one towel, one bottle of water and one portion of everything, even though the reservation is for TWO people!

    Terrible hotel They double charged me for the city tax, and in order to refund me they have to take my credit card information and write it on a paper / on a computer. Dont come here.
