Booked this hotel 4 months b4 we were to visit it, requested for 2 separate beds, we arrived and were given a room w 1 bed.. Was so Furious then excuses began rolling, rather than apologise they made excuses and fake promises of we will change the room tomorrow 7 days we were there and nothing was changed.. I will never visit that place again and will discourage as many people as I can from going there.. There is no room service if you do not live there above 2 weeks. You clean your own room. Staff were so rude and unhelpful.. It was not a good experience.

Location is actually very good, you have a monoprix just a few hundred meters away, multiple boulangeries and a bus stop right next to the hotel. The area is safe at night and quiet (especially for Paris). The bed in our room was clean and equipment was great (washing machine, dishes, microwave etc.), but the hallways were insanely dirty the first day and the sink+shower was quite stained and some items had a lot of dust on them. Staff was mostly friendly and understanding, but definitely didn't expect from a 4 star hotel to not have ANY roomservice apart from 8+night stays and no control over your own temperature. After complaining about it being too cold (the thermo said 23°C but it felt like 17°), they went to "look at it" and we found that the thermo now said 20° instead of the locked 23° before, and it was even colder the next night, embarrassing. We were told that all guests complained about the heat - then perhaps listen to your guests and do something about it???? Also, posters in the bathroom advise guests to use small amounts of soap to "help the environment", and it is quite apparent that lack of room service, no heating and guests not using much soap are points that are very made to save costs, but scream greenwashing at the same time.

Room was not cleaned for our arrivel. I5 was dirty. Towels were not changed during our stay. We stayed 4 days.

Rooms are OK, staff is super nice, breakfast is without any variety but OK. The main problem was that sheets were not cleaned - I found traces of lipstick on linen and pillow which shows that they were not washed properly but only straightened.

If i could give zero stars i would. Really a horrible experience. The cards we got only worked 50% of the time and the service staff wasnt very friendly. Rated 4 stars is a joke. This was by far the worst hotel i have been. Would not recommend anyone to go there if they want to have a good experience in paris.

Worst hotel ever. Bad service, no shampo, couldnt get in to the gym with my room key and got no help for it. You get one towel for 5 days, new towel cost extra and no cleaning.

Would recommend this hotel highly. Very clean, room very well appointed with small kitchen. Staff amazing. Great travelling point to get into Paris. No negatives.

Our stay was delightful. All the staff at the reception we interacted with were very nice, cautious and understanding. Always ready to help. We would stay here over again anytime we're in Paris. It is a family-friendly environment. We love it and recommend it absolutely.

The hotel staff was extremely hospitable and even welcomed the hotel guests on Thursday evening with an apéritif gathering that included wine and bagels. Yoan and Nicolas were especially kind and outgoing. My family and I will definitely book with this hotel on our next trip to Paris!

Nice hotel,clean,friendly staff , you can try it for simple vacation. I didn't buy breakfast and as i checked it in the mornings i really don't think it worth it you can buy good pastries in neighborhood . Its near metro so no worries

Staff are a bit hit and miss. Daytime reception team are nice but housekeeping are very rude. Rooms are dated and things either don't work or are falling apart. Rooms on level 1 are dark, would advise asking for a room on the top floor.

700m from metro is not bad. Was very safe at night, even as a woman alone. Its far to walk to any tourist places. Bus, taxi and uber are available, if youre weary to yravel by metro. Metro is simple to use after a day of "learning". Knowledgeable helpful staff. Room very clean and spacious. Utilities work: big sceen TV, aircon, stove, wifi, landine, Kitchenette had all required crockery and cutlery.

Nice hotel but definitely no 4 stars as mentioned unless France 4 stars are different from the rest of the EU.
