Very good value for money compared to nearby hotels. Large rooms, very clean, friendly staff and all the equipment you need in these self-catering studios. Has even safe car park and balconies in the rioms. Highly recommend the place.

Rooms are very clean and have everything you need (microwave, fridge, a small kitchen, free wifi, TV etc). Breakfast was great, too. Personnel speaks English fluently, so no worries if your knowledge of the French language isn't that good.

Good for bachelors or singles. Not suitable for family.

Clean, good size and facilities for a 2 star hotel. It is, as in the name, an aparthotel so studio/rooms have kitchenette with basic equipment and are more spacious than a typical hotel room in the same price range. There is no daily housekeeping, although you can get it for additional fees. Location is quiet with some restaurants and grocery shops around. There is no mini bar but good size fridge and dispenser machines with cheap non alcoholic drinks. In short, quiet clean excellent value for money.

Not bad for the price you pay. Rooms all have kitchenettes and are smoke free. They are fair size for Europe. The floor in my room seemed dirty. Might not be the cleanest hotel, but worth the money. Parking is only 8€ per day, but you have to get in the garage by 2200 and it doesn't open till the workers come in for work in the morning. If you come back to the hotel after 2200, you have to park on the street. That's no easy task as parking is Very limited. Breakfast seems over priced for what they offer. I didn't get breakfast since I brought my own food.

I love this place. You go through the receptionist area, then through another door to a building where your flat is located. It's very secure and private. My room was perfect for one person - a shower, a small kitchen, and an awesome view. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the price was amazing. The hotel is located in Malakoff south of the Eiffel Tower. Staying a bit further away from downtown Paris allowed me to experience the small neighborhoods that make up Paris. I shopped at a local market, bought fresh flowers from a local flower shop, and more.

The room was clean, and the size was adequate. The hotel felt pretty secure. The attendants were helpful (and all three of them spoke fluent English). It is possible to hear the neighbors, but not to the point of annoyance. The kitchenette area was adequate. (Little stove, sink and refrigerator with an icebox). This is a typical weekly hotel; no daily cleaning/restocking, and you are not provided with coffee (only an electric tea kettle if you want to purchase coffee and make it yourself). The room did have WIFI. The WIFI was not stellar, but did work. Be advised, they will only allow one device connection at a time (This is the reason I gave it 3 stars and not 4). Within easy walking distance, you will find a grocery store, bakery, creperie, bus stop, metro, and city bike rentals. You are about 5-6 miles from the Eiffel Tower.

Stayed here for 2 months... Overall liked the hotel and the facilities provided... The rooms were cozy and spacious for one person but 2 persons can also manage comfortably. Some problems I faced were with regards to Wifi issue (it wasn't solved completely even after 5-6 weeks of constant assurances and got annoying towards the end); the hot water (it can go off around 1130 am in the morning); the room cleaning (there wasn't a fixed date and time when they would come in)... Otherwise the receptionists speak English, French pretty well and some other European languages also... Thanks to Jasmine and Stephanie (the receptionists)...They assisted us very well...

Excellent customer service and neat room. One suggestion to the staff is to clean the fan which is little bit dusty.

Disappointed on the third night at the hotel, we realized that there were pets in our room, triggering our asthma and allergies. I asked the reception to thoroughly clean the room or change it, but they said they would inform us. No change occurred, and our condition worsened despite medication. I believe that when it comes to health issues, they have a responsibility.
