Very pleasant and smiling service. Great food. My roasted leg of lamb on Thyme with mashed potatoes was absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend visiting this restaurant.

We were staying locally so decided to explore our area instead of travelling into central Paris Being English speakers we didn't have any issues communicating with the staff as they spoke a reasonable (fluent to moderate) If you do come, I suggest you arrive on an empty stomach! The portion sizes here are absolutely humongous! The onion soup pretty much comes in a hand wash bowl and is on the starters menu; not the main course! And a main course meal could easily feed 2 people.. the portions were so huge we unfortunately didn't have space for dessert which we usually have. Food wise, we felt it was very functional. The snails were the highlight as the garlic sauce was very flavourful.. the rest of the meals such as the onion soup, lb shank and beef with fois fres for us were distinctly average We did enjoy ourselves though... The atmosphere is very accommodating, our waiters were also warm and friendly This place definitely fills a hole Merci

Popular sports pub with nostalgic decoration and hearty menus. Seating available both inside and outside. Service quite professional, English menu is available. Excellent value for money especially if you are craving for a dish involving slow cooked meat.

Great food, I thought the menu was a bit expensive at first but I still went and got it , and I saw that it's worth it. The portions are huge and really good. The servers are all really nice. They also offer a wide range of good beer

A commendable note for Au Timbre Poste is their impressively late kitchen hours, serving until 2 am, which is a genuine boon for night owls and late-night diners. While the dishes were nice, they didn’t quite ascend to exceptional culinary heights. Nonetheless, the convenience of finding a place offering warm meals in the wee hours certainly lends this French brewery an appreciable charm. Ideal for a late-night bite when options are scarce!

Sitting here now having a coffee creme (4.5 euros), friend having blonde ale pint (6 euros), and a plate of herring w potao salad (8 euros). The herring plate was double the size usually served in a tourist trap neighborhood. Very simple, n very good. What a neat lttle neighborhood pub brasserie. Every old school beer n alcohol advertisment you could find. Beer antiquers paradise. Check out the pictures! Our servers were very friendly.

You will barely find such a restaurant with this typical french design. The food is delicious and the service is very fast. Loved it !

Super lucky discovery just a walk from the Vanves flea markets. Nice staff, English translated menus if needed, authentic food in large amounts and the atmosphere with all the old and quirky signs inside is really cool. Would always go again!

The service is very good but the food is really not worth the price. Onion soup was tasteless, salads are very expensive and basic. It is ok for a beer but not to have a proper meal.

We stayed the night in Malakoff, and were recommended Au Timbre Post by our accommodation. Absolutely the best local choice. Genuine french cuisine and do carefully select your beers, they hold a huge variety of craft beer, some local micro breweries and of course a wonderful selection of Belgian. Pricing is OK, and the staff is fast and service-minded.

A cool spot. A bit off the beaten path. Has a very cool vibe. Servers were friendly. They have a nice menu. We had the escargots and frog legs. Was excellent. Good value, will certainly go back.

Charming bistro in a quiet street. Eclectic decor, tres sympas. Good menu, excellent cuisine ( unusually good escargots and grenouilles). Really warm staff. Away from the tourists, Paris profonde
