The location is very good 5 minutes walk to the metro station. The room is cool. The air conditioning is perfect and clean. The bathroom is tiny but is fine my only issue is the shower curtain, it was really derty :( Now another issue is the coffee machine downstairs that was broken for 3 days which is kind of a problem since B&B Hotels are famous for their nice coffee machines. Our room was on the first floor in the backside of the hotel where there is a train trail working all the time, but it wasn't affecting us so much also it's Paris so it's somehow normal to hear noises. All in all I liked it. And I would go again. Thank you.

Had a good stay at B&B in Malakoff. Very good connectivity from the hotel to the city centre (5 minute walk to metro station, 8 minute walk to tram station and lots of bus stops nearby). Many supermarkets and other convenient stores were also nearby (Franprix and Intermarche). Breakfast was also included in our stay. The only drawback was, it was the same breakfast every single day. Got bored of it after first couple of days. Other than that, staffs were really friendly and overall service was nice.

The room was as expected, quality of a B&B hotel. The room size is big enough for 2 and beds are comfy. There was repair noise, drilling on the walls 8 am in the morning, which is the main reason for me to give 3/5 instead of 4. Towels were not enough, in other b&b hotels we got 2 towels; 1 small & 1 big. Here there was only 1. Also slippers would be very nice. It is connected well with metro. Helpful and friendly stuff, thank you!

My stay was for 1 night before I left for a wedding in Normandy the following day so I wanted something modest and cost-effective. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The only thing that wasn't ideal (because I like to sleep with the windows open) was the location directly next to the high speed rail. However, when I closed the double windows it was not audible at all so no issue. And it is well located near the Peripherie roadway but only a short walk to a quaint little village with a bank and a few shops, cafes, and restaurants. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. I would definitely return (and probably just request a room on the front side of the building).

Great hotel. It surprised me positively. 5 minutes from the metro station and 20 minutes from the center. Several restaurant options close by. Super quiet and nice neighborhood. In the hallway outside, near my room, there were a huge amount of spiders. They could be cleaned to avoid embarrassment. Breakfast ok. Rooms ok. Bathroom ok.

Not really a good experience! The structure is tired, and some renovation is needed. The room was clean and the bed OK, but no extra pillows available. The towels, only 2 available (no extra for the sink), were dirty, and the sink itself was quite smelly. The hotel is also quite noisy, the doors make noise when you open or close them. Breakfast is basic but complete, however on Saturday, there was no warm food. Other story is for the size of the dining room, definitely too small for the number of guests: we had to wait in the queue some time a quarter hours and there were tooo little tables for the number of guests as well. The reception desk was OK, but is it so difficult to say 'good morning' when a guest is passing by in the morning?

Eventhough the pictures show a nice hotel surrounded by a lot of green the truth is that this hotel is situated next/above a train/metro station and the hotel has not taken into account some sort of isolation so people can sleep through the night. Gladly cancelling the room was possible and a refund was given so we could've find a better hotel.

The parking is great, but rooms is too small for 2 adult and 1 child. And there are no towels for hands in room, only for shower one for each family member. But cleaning and changing towels was every day. It's good. Train station is very close.

The shower and bed excellent. TV little tiny but ok. The train and road noise were a bit disappointing. Hence the double windows. However, the location is perfect to public transportation or a bicycle path right in front of entrance. Price is relevant to what you get. 😀👍

Next to the Boulevard Périphérique, narrow parking garage, nice reception, nice rooms. The trains at the back can be noisy if you have your double windows open.

reasonable price, clean rooms, but the rooms on the side of the hotel where the trains run are quite noisy. The air conditioning was not working (room 405), so we had to ventilate through the window and we were often woken up by noise at night.

This hotel fulfill my requirements, is just 25" in public transport to Eiffel Tower, nearest Metro Station is located just 2~3 minutes walk, the size for the room that I used is very nice for 3. Daily clean in the room is well appreciated. If you plan to not take breakfast in the Hotel, you have bakery and also a Carrefour supermarket very close to the Hotel. For sure I will use again in the future.

The price is too high compared to the services provided. The hotel receptionists are totally inadeguate: they do not care of the guests' needs, the dress as they would dress inside their home, they seem that they are not willing to do their job. The bathroom is very small and the towels are old and damaged.

Good location, about 3m from the metro. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Room next to the train tracks, but the noise didn't bother me. Very small bathroom and the shower does not isolate the water, so the whole floor gets wet. No fridge.

We stayed here in early August, 2023. Some floors were under construction, but our floor (top floor, 6th) had already been renovated and so all materials were fresh and new. Our family room - queen bed on level and two singles in a loft was nice but very tight. Space around bed was basically nonexistent and the bathroom and towels incredibly tiny. The AC did not work in our unit, but it did in our other family's room on the same floor. Luckily, the weather was cook overnight and we were able to open the window. Breakfast (added cost of 14 or 15 euros each day per person) was delicious and convenient - hot and cold items - lots of options. Metro station was an easy 5-minute, well-lit, safe walk straight down the street. Staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, this was a great choice for our family, but if having more space is important to you, then look elsewhere.

Good Hotel for a visit of the Paris Expo, but also nice to visit the City. It was easy to reach, in a Calm area and Good Restaurants close by (e.g. Les Apaches). Room Service was Good and the bed comfortable. We‘ll come back.

easy, clean and comfortable. The only problem was i had to constantly log in on the wifi system. it asks for the passcode and personal information every time I reconnect.

I dont know if thats how it is for all rooms but mine did not have a bath tub. It was a bare floor, i just dont like the toilet setting.

The price is very good for Paris and its also a solid location. Its quiet at night and it takes a 5 minute foot walk to the next metro station. However, we had big issues at check in which were extremely frustrating. We received an email that we could check in at 2pm. When we arrived they said the room isnt ready. They gave us another room and said just take that one. We took all our luggage to the room only to realize that the room hasnt been cleaned yet either. We go down to receiption and the same thing happened again. Another room, dirty again. Around an hour later they gave us a third room and that one was just finished cleaning as we got in. Very inconvenient and not up to their promise that we could have the room at 2pm. The only compensation that they offered was that they could hold onto our suitcases for free while we go out into the city.

We got there at 2am and the rudest man was waiting for us. We wanted to leave after his treatment. His English was regular and because we weren't understanding each other he was "tired" of talking to me.

The one guy was very unfriendly, not willing to help us and not willing to work at all. Anyway, the other personel was not bad. Expected more hospitality in general. There was no water in the hotel during our stay, even though there is a bar inside, very funny. The person who we asked for water was about to give a water from the cabinet, but again the one guy interrupted and said there is a market where you can get drinks, found very unfriendly. The accomodation was okay-ish for the price-quality during the new year. A bit far from the centrum.

Overall the hotel was good. I would recommend if your only purpose at the hotel is to rest and spend the night. They had decent breakfast spread as well. Location was well connected with various tourist attractions around Paris.

The location of B&B Malakoff and the parking facility are great. Breakfast is fine. The rooms are aging though. It's time for an update. The comfort of the bed is at the edge. The corridors should also be urgently renewed (filthy carpet leaving bad smell).

Almost zero English from the staff - completely unacceptable for a large hotel chain. Very small rooms, no wardrobe, no hairdrier (you should pay 10€ to take it from reception, and receive money back after return), no iron, no basic toiletries, no shower curtain, same breakfast every day with disgusting coffee. Acceptable if you stay there only for sleeping and breakfast. Good location and access to metro and tram, shops and small cafees.

The hotel was good for 5 days stay where you only sleep and eat a breakfast. All in all, everything i expected. But there was that one thing that ruined my whole stay and management team should work this out with its employees. The cleaning ladies didn't leave enough towels and after they left they literally didn't close the door of my room, where i had my personal belonging worth a couple of thousand euros and also money. It was all locked in my bag, but still in my opinion a hotel like this should have a safe and cleaning ladies should check if they close the rooms. I have been all around a world and never had such a careless experience in any of the hotels I stayed. This is one thing that just can't happen to a customer.

Great budget hotel in a great location - easy access to both the metro and train station. Underground parking is offered at a very reasonable price. Hotel is short walk from malakoff centre where there are bars and shops. Only negative is that the vending machines in the hotel were not working, and the hotel bar did not open on weekends.

The place is good except for the toilet that is so small and no hair dryer. It smells like vinegar outside the room but the room is clean and bed are comfortable. There is a public parking few meter away from the hotel but we choose to park at the hotel for the safety. Breakfast is ok except for the bacon which is not crispy 🙈.

Location provides good communication with the city center. Decent parking. Rooms rather not dirty than clean, bathroom with signs of mold. Breakfast quite bearable, except for bad coffee and soft bacon. A family room with mezzanine beds would be OK if not the risk of breaking bones on the steep, narrow stairs. Also proximity of the railway can be inconvenient. Reception staff not interested with the customer, not very communicative and not very professional. OK to stay for one night, but not longer.

The Staff is very friendly ... They helped us very very good .... The location is good .... The cleaning of the room and the bathroom was poor und when we dont ask the reception to send somebody unfortunately it will be ignored .... It was no Soap in the bathroom and no Telephon in the room.... The Parking is expensive .... I am a hotel guest und suppose to have a free parking !!! In general the Price is not compatible with the service and must be cheaper for a 2 stars hotel.

Hotel with very good transport links (Metro, car), nice rooms, friebdly staff, good breakfast and very good parking possibilities. Handy hotel for a Paris trip. It is recommended by me!

Parking is a little bit tricky becouse of one way down an up. Not too big places for "big" cars. Room was okay. THE Mattress was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast was nice but every day same. All together we enjoy our trip in paris. The room was clean. If you looking a "cheap" way to stay in paris this is a good option. Metro station like 5 minut walk.

I asked for few hours of late check out and was ignored. An hour or two late check out wouldn't ruin your business. Its understandable if you're fully booked or have full house. Meanwhile, I checked in almost the next night 11pm I wasn't happy as there was no flexibility

I stayed here with 18 students on a school trip. Now, I know that teenagers can sometimes be entitled and self centered but this was not the case for my kids. The staff was rude to us for no reason. First, they kept us waiting for our keys for almost 30 minutes at check in. Second, they refused a few of the kids the wifi password that was supposed to come with their room. Two girls didn't have power in their room and the hotel said the technician was unavailable and that they didn't have a room to move them to. The hotel was generally clean but it was nothing special. I will not stay here again.

This was the badest hotel I’ve ever been. The room had a very bad smell it was not possible to take our masks off. The whole room was very uncomfortable. Then I went to the bathroom and couldn’t believe what I’ve seen. There was used toilet paper on the floor and trash from the costumer before us. The whole shower was full of mildew, everywhere black spots. We quickly checked out after 5 minutes and booked another hotel. Never ever again. My money for the time I’ve booked is now gone, and I can’t get it back. I’m very angry and disappointed. Stay away from B&B. This was the badest hotel I’ve ever been. I took pictures of all, but can’t put it in here….

I mostly sleep in B&B hotels in France because of work. And I am very happy with them. In this case, the price was higher and the quality of the rooms much lower. The pillows weren't good, we needed to ask for more towels because there weren't enough (and they were rough and old), the bathroom was old (above all the shower and the WC) and not very confortable. On the other hand, the bed was very confortable and the breakfast was nice as always. People in reception very nice also.
