Burger King Sector 9 Panchkula - Taste is ok but. Fries also stand no where close to expectations .Wanted to give overall four stars but at the time of pandemic this place is just horror. Over crowded, no distancing, queues are just lengthy, careless in terms of masks and too much waiting for parcel collection. Not recommended for quick byte because it's most busiest place.

Very bad taste...so much of mustard sauce in every burger... Jalapeno...they should keep a limit of mustard sauce... Every burger was spicy... Cheesy fries were yakk..... overall worst experience.... Burger buns were breaking due to excess mustard sauce..will never visit this place again ... I ordered 1 whoper chicken meal n 2 chiken tikka burger meal ... All cost near 1000 something n 1 cheese fries also... Better kfc chale jate... It was my son's birthday... It spoiled all....

Its been 3 hours i am waiting for my order from burger king app. Neither the order is delivered nor refund provided. On top of that, rude behaviour by staff. The outlet staff has blocked my number also. This is their customer service. Burger king fully exposed.

Burger King has always been a disappointment from the past few months. The audacity to serve stale and rotten food via delivery is unacceptable. There’s no source of medium where one can connect to the restaurant to complain about something because the number given online always goes unanswered. Yesterday was one such incident where the food served was so bad that it could’ve gotten me ill. Who would’ve been responsible?? DISAPPOINTING IS THE EXPERIENCE. Terrible service provided in the name of such a big brand!

Burger King Restaurant situated in Sector 9, Panchkula, The Restaurant is very decent they offers very good services. The stuffs/quick bites are very delicious and crispy. Restaurent is best suited for couples and friends. The shop is known for his delicious Burger for this it always very crowdey and easy to visit.

The restaurant is of a famous burger restaurant chain. Use their app to get additional discounts. The food is tasty and hygienic. It is expensive as compared to the famous McDonald's chain.

Restaurant takes a lot of time to prepare your order. And sometimes when the place is crowded a bit, they just serve cold food. Sometimes the place can be good and at times it can be very bad. So, as far my experience I'll rate it 3 stars coz there were many instances when I was disappointed.

The most pathetic experience ever had. This is 6/7th time in a row where I ordered a meal via Swiggy/Zomato and no matter how shortest the time span is or how quick the delivery is made, the drinks are always flat without any frizz and so warm. I ordered a meal yesterday and yet again the drink was terrible. It was stale and smelled really bad, it tasted as if it was years old. Upon calling a zillion times, the efforts were in vain because there wasn’t any response. Pathetic. Just terrible. Never ordering again. And I would advise everyone to order McDonalds instead. SUCH A SHAME BURGER KING!

Hi I am Anirudh, Me and my friend visited Burger King in evening from Rose garden during evening walk to try out new stunner menu. It was amazing experience. The store location is good. The staff is friendly. Interiors of the store are eye catching. Overall I would say a nice place to sit with friends and have a quick bite. Burger king gives you good qulity food. In these hard times this place was not crowded at all and one can visit with family and friends to have some time out.

We have been having MC D , KFC and Burger king...and weekly we do have meals....ur fries have an edge over others...whoppers are gud ...but for a customer what means the most is FRESHNESS and then taste....so burger King will remain great until it serves fresh, something new consistently.....best wishes

This Burger king sector 9 panchkula india store is the most worst & Pathetic one ever. They mentioned opening time 11am but never be on time. Now 11:36am they still saying it's closed. What is this? They joking? Lmao & They play the music is so poor like it's giving the feel we sitting in roadside or dhaba. I wish I could give 0 star ⭐

A big Whopper is a full Content Meal...with crispy patty and French fries sprinkled with tasty sauce. No doubt --- Taste is King. My son loved it and ate heartful. The staff was courteous and warm. I just love the Cappuccino at BK Cafe.

Bad quality and and quantity of the food I have ordered, In front of us they preparing the food and I seen how they preparing food very bad manner,they just preparing food material like throwing and packing. What I have ordered they said this is not available ,we manage, but the quality was very very bad, when we complain about they said ese hi hota hai , and start making faces in front of me, one lady before serving order said ,other service man they don't put sufficient amount whatever it is needed ,bur he ignored and said thik hai. They both look and smile.. according to food it was expensive. And the service is very bad , specially a boy boy (sardarji). They don't bother even when we tell them twice. They did 3rd time this kind of behaviour.Last put 20% GST. I WILL COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS TO GST OFFICE . And food supervision

Poor service for home delivery through Swiggy or Zomato. Never attend the call if customer call at their restaurant number. Stale food provided. I will never order or visit at Burger King and request and advice all my friends not to order or visit there. Many other platforms are there who are serving best and fresh quality burgers.

These people can never change. Something or other always go bad with order. This time they didn’t add toppings/ fillers of veg whopper burger. Staff from sector 9 is severely underpaid or is on notice period. Hire people who actually want to work.
