No electricity and the generator only comes on for 3 hours. And some part of the guest house doesn't work with the generator

The professionalism at that place is on another level, the staff is friendly and so loving, massage part is exquisite💋💋💘💘it's a great place indeed.

Simply stunning. ..absolutely 5 star hotel quality..unexpected. .exquisite food..amazing decor but above all...fantastic, thoughtful service.

It has potential however, they can do better. The shower in the top room was running very low, Free state is extremely cold this time of the year and having a lower pressure shower doesn't help. Please also ensure ur toilets are also tidy. I slept very well though and would definitely recommend.

It's a nice, warm place, beautiful place. Delicious food but I suggest they take pictures of their food and create a menu where their guest will choose from. In terms of their cleaning and maintainance of the place, please check if everything is available in the rooms like tea and coffee stuff and toilet papers are still there in the bathrooms

The worst place ever to be....service was really pathetic... we did not sleep we could hear the movement of the people sleeping upstairs..we slept in pillows not covered with pillow cases and were not provided with towels. We had to ask for them....

Had the worst experience ever, thee worst I may say,the room wasn't clean,we booked a day before we slept there,the room wasn't clean thought they would clean it since we're only sleeping the following day,we got there for a night the room was never attended to it was exactly the same as we left it the blankets were stinky and still on top of the bed they smelled bad too. We reported that the shower didn't have a bulb and they didn't bother attending us,was frustrated because we were leaving early in the morning we needed the light
