Agree with the review below. Same thing happened to me. The owner Lei made a mistake with my lashes then became very argumentative blaming me the customer. No way will I ever return nor recommend them. I had high hopes for this salon because their prices are far more expensive than any others I’ve been to but the lashes and service didn’t live up to expectations. Beware!

I’ve been getting my lashes done here for the last 4 months, usually by Lia, who always does an amazing job. Today Ruby did my lashes instead and it was incredibly painful, I had to ask her to stop for a break at one point because it hurt so bad, and I left with tears and red eyes. I also had clumps of glue all over my lashes, so i’m guessing the pain was from too much glue being used. When I got home I called to let them know what had happened, because i’ve never had a bad experience there before, and was really surprised with the response I got from them. Lia told me that I was wrong, I hadn’t been in pain and there was nothing wrong with me lashes, and told me if it was so bad I should just come back. I told her I wasn’t able to come back that day but could later in the week. She didn’t offer any apologies, only repeatedly told me that she had watched Ruby apply them and that I was wrong, I wasn’t in pain and there was no glue on them. I offered to send pictures and videos but she didn’t want me to. I’ve always had a good experience with them in the past so i’m super disappointed with the response I had today, I definitely won’t be coming back any more and they’ve lost a regular customer.

My lashes looked good at first but my eyes were irritated for a week straight, and the quality of the glue and lashes were not good at all. They did not wash my lashes at the start which was a red flag and the amount of time it took was too quick for it to be good quality. My lashes lasted only 2 weeks which is way too short and once I tried to remove them with oil they did not budge the glue was super stuck my lashes and ended up ripping out my natural lashes. I now have half the amount of lashes I once did. Do not recommend at all.

I've become a loyal customer for their eyelash extensions and brows. The salon is charming, the staff is delightful, and their prices are quite cheap. It's a complete package for a great customer experience.

Eyelash extension virgin here 🙋‍♀️ Chose galaxy due to the overwhelming 5 star reveiws. Pricing is Excellent compared to competitors, venue lovely and clean. Ladies were polite but it did feel a little like going through the motions. My main thing was the consultation process was pretty much non-existant, even after mentioning it was my first time. I was just asked to confirm I was getting hybrid lashes and wasn't briefed on the process, what to expect and how to choose the best shape. It was pretty much did a hail Mary and placed all trust in the lash tech. I also apologise I can't even tell you her name. There were also 2 instances, where it felt like one of my own lashes were being pulled from my eyelide, causing me to physically flinch in pain. It only happened once on each eye but when you're eyes arr semi taped close, It would have been nice to be reassured in this instance. I didnt really get anything from the tech the second I lied down (not that i expected a full blown conversion during such interacte work but maybe one check in). I don't want to be that person either but the music was really loud and not the greatest..I'll definitely take headphones next time and would probably recommend the same. I do have a scratchy spot when blinking mid left eyelid but otherwise I do think they did a really beautiful job. I've had many compliments. Despite the shock of how OTT I feel, I can definitely say I'm happy with the end result.

I have moved to this area, I went to a different place to try and was so disappointed. After couple of research and reading every single review on google, I chose this salon and I can say I was not disappointed. The quality of lashes is amazing, staffs always listen to you try.

I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle and comfortable my waxing session was at this salon. They kept things clean, which was good, and their prices were quite reasonable. The staff was friendly and made me feel at ease.

Ivy is a pro at brow lamination and eyelashes extention. She has gentle hands and I barely feel any pressure while she is doing my lashes. They look so natural but last really long. The salon is so and the staff is really friendly and helpful.

I’ve recently seen Gina at Galaxy Lashes & could not give higher praise! She patiently listened & understood exactly what I was after. I’ve got so many compliments about my lashes.The salon is clean and not too pricey.

I love my lashes. It’s just perfect, and all the staff have fantastic skills. I felt comfy when I was here. My new favorite is Galaxy Lashes. Strongly recommended!

I came here to get eyelash extensions first time. the staff explained everything and helped me to choose the style suits my eyes. I felt very prepared and comfortable. The salon was very nice and had a good atmosphere. I enjoyed a relaxing nap. The staff were kind and professional, overall a lovely experience.

I will never go anywhere else to get my lashes done! Leia’s work is amazing, the whole experience is relaxing and always walk out 100% happy. I always get compliments on my lashes. I’ve had bad experiences in the past and was always scared to get lash extensions opting for a lash lift but I have been happy attending for almost a year now. If you are nervous about getting lash extensions or debating on trying someone new you should definitely give her a go!! A loyal customer.

Went and got my lashes done by these beautiful ladies and wow! I have not had a lash tech who pays so much attention to detail, she was incredibly soft with her hands and such a beautiful shop. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I’ve had brow lamination with Ruby so many times and absolutely love them. I was recently introduced to try ombré shading brows which can last for years. I finally got them done last month, it was a bit nervous but after one month, they look so good. I’ve got so many compliments on my brows.

I absolutely love this place! Lia is so friendly and gentle while applying the lashes. I have been coming here since September 2022 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The lashes last so long and are so easy to maintain.
