I've been down to Frank's Team MMA beginner sessions twice now , never having done mma before and both sessions have been broken down so you understand and are shown techniques correctly instead of just being told what to do and left to it. I'll be sure to be getting down to Frank's anytime I can!

I came to do some boxing and MMA after a long break from boxing in my youth. Frank ignited the same passion I had from being a child and even managed to teach me lots of new martial art skills. Franks a great guy and a great coach! The overall atmosphere of the gym put me at ease right away as the regulars couldn't have been more welcoming.
