Decent Hotel right between Picadilly Station & Park. Rooms are nice & functional. Good air conditioning. Windows do not open at all, thou. Staff helpful, but a bit 'under-cooled'. Breakfast at 6:30.was almost never 100% ready. Bad for us working folks. The aim to walk the breakfast guest to the table feels very odd under the circumstances. Self service coffee machines would do much nicer, also.

I stayed here for 1 week for my business trip, and had a great experience! The facility and room is super clean, and the staff are friendly. They serve great breakfast (it was the same menu everyday, I never got tired of it). Just one problem for me was laundry - they have an outsourced laundry pickup service, but it is too expensive. There aren't any coin laundries close by, so I had to hand wash my clothes to get through. Other than that, wonderful experience!

Perfect location close to Manchester Piccadilly train station (about 3 minute walk) and easily walkable to Manchester center (3 minutes) as well as other tourist attractions. Many restaurants, grocery stores and tram and bus stations reachable within minutes. Breakfast was very nice. Lots of choices and very friendly staff offering us to make whatever we want in the kitchen if it wasn't available at the buffet. Buffet also included many fruits, vegan and gluten free options. Hotel rooms were very clean. We had a standard room and it was equipped with everything needed including tv, hairdryer, iron, mini fridge, tea/coffee station with kettle etc. The shower was also very big Overall the service was very friendly. Would definitely stay again when coming back to Manchester

The holiday Inn has the best beds ever! So comfy and huge, pillows are perfect to. The rooms are beautiful and modern. I checked in on my birthday and they brought me a cake up to the room with happy birthday written on the plate in chocolate, we even got free late checkout to! The customer service was spot on. Will be returning.

Enjoyed another rustic afternoon tea with my husband today. We have been several times this year. The restaurant staff are all very friendly and can't do enough for their guests. They remember where we like to sit and our preferred choice of drinks,The restaurant is light, bright and airy and we are made to feel special. Can't wait to do it again. .

Location is fantastic. Rooms were clean although I have to mark down due to room not being room requested due to availability, which brings me into service 0 acknowledgement to dissatisfaction to room choice not being available and 0 interest in offering a good service experience after waiting 30 minutes to check in with only 1 of the 3 reception staff serving. In addition I have tried to contact the hotel regarding lost property over email and call to no response!

This is one of my favourite hotels anywhere. I stay there every time I’m working in Manchester. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff are all really friendly, professional and helpful eg JosΓ© on reception and Jane Shaw. The breakfasts are amazing. It’s handy too to have a little fridge in the room. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes’ walk from Piccadilly train station and is also near the city centre shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Room was perfect, breakfast plate was cold other than that fine. I did notice a number of middle Eastern families so suspect the hotel is a migrant hotel. However their presence was fairly discrete and of no major issue. Welcome was great and dinner was available until 2230. Very quiet for a central location

My son recently had his wedding there. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, as was breakfast the following morning. The room was spacious and clean, shower and water pressure were great. Lift and stairs option. Great central location too.

So glad we chose to stay here, the staff were so helpful and positive we started and ended each day in a positive and happy mood. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the location was perfect for us who like to explore everything the city offers. Rounding of the day with a refreshment and a light meal was a real treat - well done Holiday Inn.

I often stay here when I come to Manchester for work. It's very clean and the staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The last time I visited recently for a 2 night stay my company made a mix up with my booking. This was the last thing I needed after a long day of travelling. The staff on reception both in the evening and the morning could not have been more helpful, accommodating and welcoming to a weary traveller. Thank you!

Had a terrible visit. No water for 3 days.. so no baths or showers (had to go to a friends house). Location is bang in centre near the station. Breakfast is good and varied buffet. A tad expensive but good. Staff are very nice.. I felt sorry for them. The management were terrible and didnt communicate. 2nd floor housed recent migrants so there was added security around the lifts and on the floor.. shocking that the need to protect people seeking refuge. This by no means was noticeable but discreet. I felt secure.

This holiday in Manchester was splendid, comfy bed, spacious toliet and amazing room service, but on 2022 Boxing Day the Hotel had some water issues, which means the hotel rooms did not have bathroom water. It was a really unpleasant morning but the stay was magnificent.

Great hotel. Was visiting from Idaho to watch the Man city vs Liverpool game. Staff was friendly, willing to answer any questions. Rooms were nice, hotel has a gym that was small but very clean. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Hotel is close to all the stores and both stations. Would definitely go back.

Stayed for a few nights, service from the staff was outstanding, I have very rarely seen such a feindly and dedicated bunch of people. I had a minor heath issue with my wife while staying and the female on duty in the early hours of the morning was outstanding arrange taxi, making sure my wife was OK and supplying advice. This person went out of her way the next day to check up on my wife to ensure she was OK. The young staff working in the dinning area were so helpful and friendly. All staff went out of there way to help and make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel as a 5 star accommodation.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn hotel and I must say, it was a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself was clean, modern and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep each night. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was powerful and invigorating, perfect for starting the day off right. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with easy access to all the local attractions and amenities. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming and enjoyable stay.

Stayed one night in the King Suite with the kids. Very clean and very spacious. Modern bedroom. Bed was absolutely massive. Central to Manchester City so excellent location and great view from room. Evening meal was ordered to eat in the room. Table to dine on. Breakfast was very delicious. Amazing stay can’t wait to go back!

Very close to Manchester Piccadilly Station. 2.5 minutes walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable on par with other premises under this franchise elsewhere. The breakfast was decent with both hot and cold dishes. Nothing negative to warn you about.

Lovely, central Manchester hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. A special mention to Chloe on reception who was so friendly and helpful regarding parking! Room card operates lift like in America so good security. A great buffet breakfast was had in the morning with something to satisfy everyone. All in all, a great stay!

Stayed for one night on a weekday. Check in clerk was friendly and efficiently booked me in. Room was comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect. Clean rooms and bathroom. Water in shower was warm and pressure good for a larger H Tel on a busy night. Room was warm and air control worked well. Mini fridge was nice and cold (some things I appreciate but understand some wouldn't!). Restaurant in the evening was a little chaotic. I had asked at the bar if there was waitress service and he said yes. I ordered a drink and sat down. The waitress thought I had already ordered so I wasn't served for quite a while. Breakfast was also a little strange with a sign to say wait at the sign but the concierge was then seating people from the desk to the right. Evening meal was good and enjoyable. The cooked breakfast was a little greasy for my taste but all nicely cooked. Overall a great hotel in a fantastic location near Central Picadilly within easy reach of Chinatown and the Gay Village. Will likely stay again on a work trip.

Super hotel in the heart of Manchester and a stones throw away from Piccadilly Station. The rooms are excellent - large, clean, quiet and modern. The staff are superb, so helpful and friendly. This will now be my only choice when staying in Manchester and I've stayed in many.
