Convenient location, spacious room, well equipped, great service and the room is very quiet indeed despite the busy road near the hotel. However, bear in mind that your luggage has to be charged if you want to place it in the hotel, it's the first hotel I encounter that has this type of regulation, I think it should be stated in the website because it is not normal to have luggage fees. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Artem was lovely! On arrival he checked us in straight away, talked us through how the lefts work and made sure we were made very welcome. He also guided us to the best spots around the city, we decide to visit them and they did not disappoint! The apartment was perfect! Would recommend!!

I fortunately had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful Staycity location while my visit to Manchester. I am so happy with this place. It was walkable and short walk to city center. Rooms was spacious and had things you would have in an apartment which I understood why its called aparthotel because its partially an apartment but also an amazing hotel. Sara and Lauren went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. They helped my husband clean his coat from the amount of fur it had one it. Not their job but they were the sweetest to help out. I will recommend it to friends and family and would stay again when in the area. shout out to the wonderful ladies Lauren and Sara

Love this Hotel. 2nd time we have stayed there. It's perfect for anything and everything in and around Manchester especially as the free bus stops right in front of the hotel. Hotel rooms are spacious, and have washer/dryer, fridge and dishwasher. Beds are great, staff very helpful. Would live here if I could. 5 🌟

This is home away from home, it felt like I was in my house even though it is located at the heart of Manchester Piccadilly. Aesthetically pleasing, Clean rooms, good service, and access to major city Centre outlets if you are visiting Manchester for few days. Also got a room upgrade as a first-time customer. Noise cancellation from the buzzing city of Manchester. I will always return.

It has been an awesome experience staying in the stay city. It’s situated just beside the railway station and in close proximity to the Piccadilly town centre. The management has been very cooperative and even upgraded our stay as this was our first visit. With respected to convenience, cleanliness, family friendly environment and security it is a 5/5. I would definitely choose this place if I plan to visit Manchester again.

Room is clean and beds are comfy. The reception staffs are polite and helpful especially Artem who assisted our request for late checkout without any additional charges. Location is great, just 5 mins walk from Piccadilly Station.

Very clean and home like. Nice furniture. Mr. Artem greeted us at the reception a very friendly face. He helped with storing the luggage as we arrived early. Didn't keep us wait. Look for the guy he is really nice and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, feels brand new and really high end. Lots of space and very clean. The location is perfect (about 20 steps from Piccadilly station)

I stayed with my family for 5 nights in a 2BR unit, and my view about the stay as follow: Pros: 1- Location: adjacent to the main train station and in front of it the free busses. It is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. 2- Room size: they have also 2 & 3 BR apartment which makes it convenient for families. 3- Facilities: they have a full kitchen and a washing machine. Also they have a gym. 4- Staff: wonderful and helpful 5- Price was good Cons: 1- The furniture is not to the level of a 4 stars Aparthotel, and the beds/sofa were not that great. 2 - they have 2 lefts for the whole building and it takes a while to go up or down. If I will come back to Manchester with my family, I will come back again to this place.

Location of the hotel is conveniently near the train station with many restaurants & stores nearby. Dami handled our check-in and was helpful & friendly with accommodating us. The room was also clean and comfortable with comprehensive facilities. Overall a great experience!

We booked staycity after being let down last minute another place- not even a 2 min walk from the train station and close to lots of amenities. The room was super clean and very well presented but the highlight of our stay was Sinead on the front desk who was so so accommodating warm and friendly- absolute credit to the company. She gave amazing recommendations and nothing was too much trouble to her. Would definitely stay again!!

Beds are so comfy, rooms a bit small, shower head in on-suite touching top of head and water not very hot, shower floor very slippery. Nice bathroom but no vent to stop mirror steaming up(no good if you want to apply makeup in there) poor lighting over mirror. Staff are lovely but cleaning staff didn't talk much English. Very handy kitchen but washer dryer takes 4+ hours to complete. Very central location but not worth the money they charge.

Stayed here several times this summer 2023 and the rooms are always clean. The staff are helpful, polite and efficient. Special thanks to Dami in reception who has been most attentive and helpful with all my requests 😊. The beds are comfy and the shower has always been powerful and hot. Great location, very close to Manchester Piccadilly station and within walking distance from the Arndale shopping centre. The only possible down side I would mention is that there is no restaurant (but plenty of places to eat out in on your doorstep and a fully functioning kitchen in each apartment) and charging for storing luggage is annoying even though the fee is small (£3 for a large locker for 6 hours). It is clean and fresh but can feel a little bit clinical.

Staycity is a quiet and comfortable place to stay always. Staff are always very friendly and help you with whatever you may need. Artem gave us complimentary late check out and upgraded our room so we would be comfortable. Would definitely recommend

The accommodation is fabulous with clean and specious rooms. Good number of car parks are also available outside the hotel. I would like to highlight the their staff specially “Artem” is too kind, friendly, helpful and respectful. He managed to give us the rooms on time and checked in in few minutes. i will diffidently consider staying at this hotel on my next visit

Stay for nine days with my family and we are very pleased with the spacious rooms that allow a quality time together. Location is superb with many restaurants and at proximity of the main train station. Dil and Jamie are genuinely try to help.

Very nice and clean apartment. The staff at reception are very kind and helpful . The rooms are big . Bed and pillows fresh clean and comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of appliances. Also the building has very good sound isolation so you don’t hear the neighbours or the noise from outside. It’s in walking distance from train station .

Very clean, nice new furniture. Good option instead of a hotel room as you get a bedroom with comfy bed and all the benefits to have a small kitchen. There is dishwasher and washing machine too. Room was super silent, I slept like a baby. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. One thing could be better, if a breakfast option with cerals, premade sandwiches could be added.

Great location! Just within the station perimeter and walking distance to the city center. Room was spacious, very clean, and complete facilities. Rate was also very reasonable. Lovely!

Had a great stay at the Manchester Staycity. Just steps away from the train station, and walking distance to downtown, making it a super convenient place to live. Our room was facing the busy street but still, heard next to nothing. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was awesome, particularly when having our two young sons with us. Service was nice as well, and answered all our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place at all.

The place is bang next to the Manchester Picadilly Train Station. The area is quite busy with lots of eateries around. The market road is just a walking distance. I booked a 1 bedroom apartment. The bedroom is large enough with a nice and clean bathroom. A sitting area having a TV with a small dining table and a nice kitchen having all kitchen wares including kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. The sofa can be converted into a single bed. Heating is fine. The downside is the checkin & checkout time. Checkin is at 3 pm and checkout at 10 am. You can extend by an hour on payment of 10 pounds. Luggage can be kept at a luggage room locker but have to pay a good amount and the space inside a locker is such that only one luggage can be accomodated. I had to take 3 lockers for 2 medium and 1 small suitcases. The reception guy was nice. Overall a good place.

Amazing location and fantastic, helpful staff. We were stuck in Manchester during rail strikes, we extended our stay and even received an upgrade. My teens enjoyed the gym, I had a couple of meetings in a cafe downstairs. Great shopping and dinning right outside the hotel. We will return. Thank you.

TV wasn't great and ran out of shower gel at an inopportune moment. Facilities generally good, staff very helpful and welcoming and can't fault location. Bed not super-comfy but it did for a single night when hotel availability was low ..not sure if I'd stay again

Great location as so close to Manchester Piccadilly station. We arrived way before the check in time as we travelled from Sheffield for a gig so wanted to make a day of it. Was welcomed by Ellie who was really friendly and informative. We were really lucky as there was a room ready for us so we could check in early and get on with our day. The apartment/room was perfect. Really clean and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Would have been ideal and really comfortable for a longer stay.

Great location, just 1 minute from Manchester Piccadilly Station. The apartment style rooms work really well. You get more space and more flexibility about how you use it. The kitchen gives you lots of options, with decent sized fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. We didn't cook but it made it so much easier to order takeaway and mix our own drinks. We will stay here next time we come to Manchester.

stayed here a few times and it has always been great. The location is fantastic, so close to the train station so perfect after a days travelling. Staff are always happy and friendly, Ellie was very smiley and talkative. Will definitely be staying again.

This hotel is such a gem. Wonderful location and the rooms couldn't be better: big and very well furnished. We're super happy. The only small remark I would have maybe the floors could have been cleaner. Otherwise: top hotel. We would happily stay again!

Stayed here for 3 nights. Check in was quick and friendly, staff very accommodating. Communal areas as well as rooms were clean, bright and pleasant. Rooms were very spacious and beds were so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Very central hotel directly train Central Station. Very friendly staff at check in and check out. A good price-performance ratio. Very clean and big enough apartment for my grandson and me. The sofa bed is sufficient for a child, too narrow for an adult. The only thing I didn't like is that there is no safe in the room.

Nice new apartment-hotel in the vicinity of Grassmarket, rooms furnished with a mini kitchen and heated cloth rack in the toilet. Loved the concept of the hotel, but the only issue I had for 2 nights was the spoilt air-conditioning for my room, and had to survive that 2 nights with a mini fan propped on the dining table (couldn’t open the door at the window with the privacy shade down). Hopefully it gets fixed soon, as it gets kind of hot at night with that mini fan but well, things happen and from my understanding, other rooms had similar issues with the a/c. Other than that, will stay again in future

Excellent location. The accommodation is spacious and welcoming. Each apartment benefits from high-quality modernised furnishing throughout. The staff are exceptionally friendly and diligent. In a nice touch the manager approached me to verify my satisfaction as I was checking out. Safe to say I gave positive feedback. This is an outstanding and well run hotel.

I love this place. The rooms are lovely and modern and very clean. The service is amazing, Ellie went above and beyond to look after us. The location is very central and right next to the station, which is very convenient for the airport. We will back often now, as our son is at university here.

I really enjoyed my stay here, service was friendly as well as the staff. I do need to shout out the lovely receptionist Ansa who made the check in a smooth experience for me and was a friendly face during my stay. The apartment was decently sized, clean, and with great commute to the town centre and with various travel options readily available. A great stay.

Excellent staff and service. Staff at the desk was kind enough to refund one night stay as the cleaners left some mess behind. I think that was really generous of the lady at the desk. We didn’t even make a complaint about it. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

This spot is exactly as it describes for that I give it a 5. It is everything it needs to be; a super close spot to the station literally a minute walk away no crossing roads with bags. Only stayed for 2 nights but got a full one bedroom apartment that was large and had fab views on the 4th floor. Check in and out was super easy. The apartment was CLEAN ! Beautiful large windows bed was comfortable enough for a place like this. It definitely not a 5 star hotel but it does deserve 5 stars for delivering exactly what it advertised. Going Manchester for the first time on a budget. This is ideal as it’s in walking distance to all the hot spots and public transport.

Myself and 3 friends stayed here Saturday evening for my friends 40th birthday weekend in Manchester. We were over the moon with the service and greet we received from Esther. Such a lovely greeting, very professional and gave us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment too. When we arrived to the room there was a birthday banner on the door, balloons and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge!! Was made to feel very special. Thank you Esther. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and in a great location. We would 100% stay here again. Your stay went above and beyond for us it was tipping down when we were leaving for our night out I’m not sure of ladies name but she went to get umbrellas for us to go under why we got in the taxi!! As soon as I came in Artem was really polite and welcoming, kept us company while he did the cards. Rooms were spacious and homely, staff helpful. All round good stay. Only issue is cabinet door was broken.

We were staying for just one night as my son was visiting for a University open day. Have stayed here several times before and it didn’t disappoint. We were checked in by Dil who was very efficient and offered us an upgrade which was very much appreciated. Whole process was quick and easy. Obviously would like to pay less but the cost was slightly less than some of the nearby hotels but the accommodation much better. A/c is a good bonus as some of the hotels don’t have that.

We stayed at Staycity for a good amount of time whilst my daughter was attending the Christie hospital. The location first of all, is fantastic - a stone's throw away from Piccadilly station and close to many local facilities and places of interest. The hotel itself is modern and nicely decorated, with spotless, clean and comfortable apartments. Ample parking is available on site which is reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay - thank you guys. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Providing all the necessary appliances and utensils for a self-sustained stay, we enjoyed our time at this no frills apart hotel conveniently located right next to the Picadilly train station. Couldn't rate service as didn't expect and asked for any. But I must say we were pleasantly surprised with what's available in our room.

Stayed for 2 nights Saturday - Monday. Wasnt expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised. As it’s right by the station and a bar below, the noise wasn’t bad at all. The rooms were spacious and it was nice to have a separate living space with a kitchen. Will definitely be staying here the next time I come to Manchester.
