The whole process was great and the staff were very helpful. Having bought the ring, I had to have it re-sized and so had another consultation with Maryam who was outstanding. I love the bespoke ring my fiancé had made for me, I can’t stop staring at it on a daily basis, it is so beautiful! I had to get it resized twice and was lucky to have met Maryam who made the entire aftercare service a delight and swift experience. Incredible experience and very grateful! Marlena was super helpful throughout the process. I saw the rings online and did plenty of research to check the quality of the rings. Ultimately, the rings are exceptional and by far the best priced in the UK for what you're getting. I went in to view the rings on October 6th and was going away on a vacation on November 4th. After choosing both the ring and setting, they managed to expedite the 6 week process and get everything shipped and delivery within 4 weeks. I can't recommend them enough!!

Such a lovely experience from start to finish. My partner bought my engagement ring online but unfortunately had the wrong size but we rang 77 diamonds and they arranged for us to visit the Manchester branch at the soonest possible date following the busy Christmas period (within 2 weeks which was very quick) to arrange a resizing. We were greeted by Maryam downstairs at reception who escorted us upstairs to a private viewing room to confirm what size I would need, the appointment took only 10 minutes! Maryam was lovely, made us feel so comfortable and gave us good advice. For a primarily online jewellers we had such a great experience and highly recommend them to everyone!

I saw Michaela for a consultation at the Manchester branch a few months ago. I'd come in with very little knowledge but Michaela was super through and helpful and didn't try to upsell at all. I felt a lot more confident about the engagement ring I wanted so I placed my order online shortly after. The ring arrived in due time and I was kept up to date via email until it had arrived, which was really reassuring. The entire process was swift and pleasant, huge thanks to the team, my ring is beautiful! Would definitely recommend :)

The diamonds in the platinum band have fallen out three times and the band itself has snapped once. So this is our fourth time sending the ring back to be assessed and then fixed. They sent us a list saying when not to wear the ring (after purchase) which basically said only wear it when you sleep. The ring looks lovely but the hassle and stress from the whole situation honestly isn't worth it. I can only put it to poor workmanship. Update. 77 refuse to fix the faulty ring blaming arduous activity. My partner works at a desk. So we are now moving forward with making a claim.

Popped in a few days ago to discuss my other half's wedding rings where I was greeted by Portcha. From the get-go, she was very transparent with what my options were and how I should spec the diamonds. There were none of the typical pressured sales techniques that I've experienced from other retailers. It didn't take long to find the ring that I wanted, and I left with enough confidence to make a well-informed purchase later that night. Over the weekend , I realised I needed to make an amendment to my order, so I contacted 77 Diamonds this morning, where Hollie was extremely patient and handled all my queries and concerns incredibly well. She was even able to arrange for the ring to be delivered earlier than I had originally expected, which was a nice little bonus and very much appreciated! Whilst I haven't yet received my physical ring (updated review to follow upon delivery), it's apparent that the staff at 77D aren't purely there for sales purposes, but genuinely do care about creating a lovely purchase experience for their customers. Will most likely return for future jewellery purchases for my spouse!

I contacted 77 diamonds back in April and needed some advice on buying an engagement ring, the help I have received from Porscha and Maryam has been absolutely brilliant. My journey started with 77Diamonds when i brought my partners engagement ring back in 2019. Went to collect an engagement ring today which was purchased through 77diamonds a month ago and resized. I had very attentive customer service again from Maryam, who is full of smiles and pleasantness of conservation. Really pleased that she offered to clean the stud diamond earrings I purchased a year ago, free of charge and made them look brilliant. Terrible experience and a waste of just over 2 hrs travel. Arrived only to be told I did not have an appointment 🙃 upon returning home and contacting 77, I was told it was my fault because I didn't follow up the booking? Not only did I follow up the confirmation email they sent but also expressed interest in a particular stone. When I sent this email to Manchester Dept showing my 2.30appmt confirmation and choice of stone I was told that they tried to deal with my complaint by offering another slot the day after. How can this be good customer service? Still awaiting customer services to contact me. Apparently it should be me that wastes more of my time and contact them to make a complaint. Offering me one hundred pounds of a ring if I travel down again just rubs salt un the wound. Your staff didn't even offer to ring head office to find where things went wrong. No offer of refreshments after my journey and disappointment. Just plain rude and unprofessional. If I could give you zero stars I would. *edit* The on-line chat service is excellent and the Two gentlemen I chatted with went above and beyond at 10pm

We had a bad experience in a popular high street jewellers and were apprehensive about going anywhere else.. but as soon as we met Michaela we were welcomed with a really friendly smile and service. She educated us about diamonds and went through step by step which colour / carat / cut I preferred, then we chose the band. She helped us find a ring to suit our budget and I couldn’t love it more. Booked a consultation at the Manchester branch for an engagement ring, it was fantastic. Michaela was my consultant, she was brilliant, friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. The consultation lasted about an hour in which time all the aspects of engagement rings from designs, diamonds and metals were thoroughly explained, with a selection of diamonds to show the different aspects of diamonds (5 C's) and how they change the look of the diamond, and which areas will get most bang for your buck depending on your budget. I felt like it was quite educational and makes the whole ring buying process extremely easy as it can be a bit of a minefield. Once I had finalised a ring, I received an email with an estimated delivery date, which was spot on the ring arrived perfectly on time. It arrived by royal mail signed for next day delivery, in a discretely wrapped package which is good if you aren't the one who signs for it! The box contains all the relevant documentation, ring and ring box. The after sales service has also been excellent with a free ring re-size just incase it doesn't fit as well as lots of other guarantees including full 30 day refund which is great for peace of mind. All in all a fantastic company with beautiful products and an exceptional service, faultless and I would recommend to anyone.

I initially liked the user flow of the 77 website but it felt weird buying an engagement ring online so I booked an appointment and we greeted by Michaela. Before hand I had naively sent an idea of what I was looking for & whereas that wasn’t necessarily wrong, I literally know nothing about diamonds. Michaela walked me through how to get the most bang for my buck and I wasn’t disappointed. The diamond, the metal of the band, the bit that holds the diamond was all hand picked, with Michaela’s guidance and the outcome was stunning. And she said ‘yes’… obvs ;) No hard sell, no demand of deposit, just emailed a link and payed at my convenience. Thanks Michaela, you and 77 are highly recommended.

The website is very user friendly, allowing you to build and compare the different styles of rings you like, as well as allowing you to easily book an appointment at one of their stores in a matter of clicks, very straight forward. It was a truly delightful experience buying my engagement ring for my fiancé from 77 diamonds. It felt very personal and was tailored to all of my requirements. I sometimes feel that this can be lost when using larger companies. I would happily buy from them again in the future.

Would have given a zero star but no option. They advertise they have the items and don’t. They don’t tell you lead times until you have paid in full and then expect you to wait 8 weeks for an in stock item. Customer service advisor Marice says she will call you back and doesn’t. Avoid at all cost. Awaiting a refund, see how long it will take as they advise 10-14 working days.
