SO DISAPPOINTED!! I brought my Fiancé with me to collect our wedding bands. We buzz the door bell 3x and no one open the door for us and we were waiting outside for 20mins, but when a white couple with branded clothes buzz the bell a staff member instantly rush to the door to let them in. This staff member tried to shut the door on our faces. When my fiancé told her that we were here first she just look us in us in our eyes then my fiancé continued saying we're here to collect our wedding bands then she decided to let us in. I was so embarrassed to my fiancé since i was telling her good things about diamond heaven. That was really rude and really upsetting to us. We felt discriminated. We quickly took our wedding bands and left. Now I'm regretting buying my fiancé engagement ring and wedding bands in this shop!! I'm just glad that our transactions with this company is now finished as I don't want anything to do with this company anymore.

Have just picked up my Eternity ring. Which is stunning, !! from start to finish Porsche was so helpful knew what would look great with my Engagement and Wedding rings. Would recommend Diamond Heaven for all your jewellery and the ring name back 2-3 weeks before it was due . Thank you.

Fantastic service and products. Ali was so helpful at helping me choose an engagement ring for my soon to be Fiancée. I described several rings that I had in mind, she then presented me with what was the perfect ring! Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of staff. Was also pleasantly surprised that the ring came with complementary lifetime aftercare. Not the greatest experience. Although I love the style of my rings; they are only a year old and platinum and have scratched very badly. I know this is unusual of platinum as my last wedding band and engagement ring were both platinum from Mappin & Webb. Quite sad that they are so scratched already.after paying and waiting weeks the wedding ring were not actually what we ordered.they were a lot smaller and the engagement ring was a lot small than what we ordered. Avoid at all cost.

If you are looking to plan something around the jewellery arriving then I would recommend shopping somewhere else. Poor customer service 3 weeks waiting for an item turned to 4 (only when questioned) and has now turned to "sorry we can not give you a completion date" (again only when questioned where the item was) I'm sure the reply to this review will a technicality in what I have said or an apology followed by some waffle regarding the bespoke nature of the item but having now done alot more research on the company this is not an isolated incident and appears to be happening more often than not.

Very well priced and third party certified diamond. I got a really good already made yellow gold shoulder set diamond ring for a great price off there website on sale, even got a an extra 10% off with a code. Really stunning piece of jewellery, the Mrs loved it. Ready made rings off there site is way to go if you can't afford the made to order rings that are already well priced for specs you get.

I had a fantastic experience at Diamond Heaven with the Manchester team. A friendly team member named Beth served me first and showed me a wonderful selection of different engagement rings, until I was happy with the perfect one, and it great value for money. I picked it up from the equally friendly Hannah a week later. My fiancé was so pleased with it when I proposed soon after!

Ali was amazing! We went in on Saturday to choose all the bits and bobs to get my ring sorted. Bear in mind we have already been married for 1.5 years, and even so, we never had the whole experience of fitting rings and choosing designs. My partner bought my engagement ring here and it is stunning. I arranged to have the ring resized and was initially told he had to come with me and then was told in a different phone call that he didn't need to which was very confusing also my inital resizing appointment was not booked in when I rang to rearrange it. When we arrived to have the ring resized I was made to feel like I was making the wrong choice wanting the ring to be made smaller. When I went to collect my ring I was initially told I couldn't collect the ring as my name was not on the receipt, I had to show her on my copy and their copy that my name was clearly on the receipt along with my number as I had been called to collect it. Although, the ring is beautiful I am very reluctant to use them again in the future due to these issues.

Very impressed with the service we received at Diamond Heaven whilst buying our wedding rings. Staff were very professional and we came away feeling very satisfied. Beautiful rings and exceptional service.

Excellent Staff and service, I have used Diamond heaven in Manchester several times and have just visited today and made a purchase. Firstly a massive Thank you to Jayne and Ali who were very helpful and professional and helped me find just what I was looking for. Having spent hours online looking they helped me find the perfect item in minutes. Always a pleasant experience and great value for money with vast stock of quality products.

Excellent service and help from Marlena at the Manchester store, she was very patient and helpful, I couldn't be more grateful for her help in assisting me find the right diamond. Marlena was very thorough and made sure I was making an informed decision based on the different types of diamond cut, clarity and colour that she showed me.
