Overstaffed, it’s such a small and cozy store, however it is way too overstaffed. There’s barely enough room to move around in the store. Staff also don’t leave you alone when you tell them you don’t need any help and pressure you into buying stuff that you don’t even want. It’s the same as Arndale, staff need to be retrained on body language and shouldn’t harass customers.

Lovely staff particularly angel Gabriel, very friendly, and informative, great service, and gave me a nice pot of body cream, leaving very happy 😊

Had such a lovely experience by a lovely lady with blonde wavey hair, she was helping me with the curly product range and was so kind as to make me a sample pot, she really went out of her way and was so sweet! Really wish I grabbed her name but I’m Ayesha who was asking about the Ayesha cream which is sadly discontinued ❤️

Helpful, polite staff and the shop smells so good! I'd never heard of Lush before, but my better half is well impressed. Not cheap, but as the saying goes, Caveat Emptor, so ultimately, you get what you pay for.

A lovely shop, we were warmly welcomed and well looked after. Our dog was also very well looked after too 🙂

More staff than customers as usual. I prefer to look for myself but whatever I guess that’s the business model. Pounce on the unsuspecting. Products are pricey but best on the market.

I shaved my head yesterday because my hair was falling out, I’m a super feminine female and obviously I am still getting used to it. I have just been into lush and spoke with the most beautiful woman (apologies if I am assuming) about my concerns, I walked away with products but more than that, she reminded me that there are still good people in the world. My eyes were filled with tears the whole way home. You don’t know what your act of kindness meant to me. I really really needed that today. Thank you so much.

Shout out to my guy Jasper! I've never had anyone who gives out that much customer service, his knowledge on the skin products was mesmerising to hear. I ended up getting Orange scrub for my skin We really got on, so much that he gifted Beauty Sleep to me, as he knew my money was tight. Make Jasper king of the company please!

i'm a huge lush fan but i am usually always so anxious to shop in the physical stores as i get overwhelmed, but the market street lush is quiet, small and so welcoming. i wanted to write a review just to say the biggest thanks in the world to alex who helped us today. alex you are the loveliest (and i really liked your darned jumper hehe!) i came in with my partner a little while ago today trying to find the perfect shampoo for him, and alex who helped us was so sweet. they ran us over several of the shampoos and gave us samples of a few my partner liked. they were so generous (: we're so excited to try these out and hopefully a step closer to winning the never ending battle with his hair, heheh! you made me feel so at ease and that is so well appreciated with how anxious i can be. thank you <3

Jemima was absolutely incredible when I popped in today to treat myself before work. She knew exactly what she was on about and made the time to guide me through the store and help me find products which were good for my skin condition♥️ Even when I went to pay, the woman at the till was so sweet and kind - I am not sure what her name was but she had lots of cool badges on her lanyard! Always been treated great by the staff. It's a very small and narrow shop. I think they do really well with the limited space

I was this morning’s lucky first customer. I had only popped in for something small to cheer me up (was feeling pretty grumpy!). The staff were so friendly and generous - I was almost lost for words. So, having mulled it over for a couple of hours, I just wanted to give a warm thank you (this review seemed the best way to do it!). It’ll be a great Christmas thanks to you guys!

I had a great shopping experience at Lush Market St, picked up a click and collect order and an extra bath bomb and found that Lali (?) who packed my order had kindly included some samples based on my choices and a lovely note. Will definitely return based on this experience.

I went in today, the staff were so helpful, polite and so knowledgeable about the products. At the till, the lady who served me, was a bubbly, positive and empathetic about this year, so caring and was a fabulous listener. Was an amazing experience. I left feeling uplifted and so happy. Went in looking for Christmas presents and had the absolute delight of being helped by the young customer service lady Ro. She was very knowledgable of the products and went through with me what each product was, their properties and scents. I was made to feel very welcome by her especially since I am not very clued in with the products at Lush l. If you are stopping into the lush store on market Street I cannot recommend this lady enough. An amazing help and credit to her team.

I was served by Natalie at the store and she was extremely helpful, she took time to explain the products to me and really helped with choosing a birthday gift for my friend. Super friendly and just overall lovely!
