Please don't use this car park - it is cheap for a reason! I parked here two weeks ago on a Sunday morning from 11:15 - 14:15 and in that time my car was broken in to and the contents of the boot were stolen (yes I do know that items are left at my own risk but nothing was on show in my car). A Mazda parked opposite was also targeted. This car park DOES NOT have CCTV (I wasn't aware of this when I parked here and naively assumed that it would have) and, in my opinion it makes it an easy target for thieves. I contacted the NCP who refuse to admit that there is a problem with the security at this site. A parking attendant had been in the car park during my stay as a car parked 3 bays away from me had had a ticket issued whilst I was away from the car park .. yet the attendant didn't notice two damaged vehicles. This morning (another Sunday at 07:20) I was going passed the car park on the tram and noticed a man standing outside his car on the phone looking distressed - drivers window smashed - I can only assume that his car park had been broken in to too. Piccadilly stations indoor carpark (down the road) has CCTV and attendants on site and at the weekend is a mere £5 for the whole day (if only I had known this!).

It costs only £3.8 for 24 hours. However, there is no CCTV. Very high risk of any kind of car crime. Do not challenge yourself to park this car park. It will just cost you more to repair your car if you park here.

Not a bad car park, it’s open, not secure but so long as you don’t leave items in the car, it shouldn’t get broken into. The only problem is that sometimes the ticket machine doesn’t work and the pay by phone or pay by app doesn’t work either.

A really cheap car park that's in a good location for the city centre. I usually use it when I'm going to a gig at the AO arena because it's about a 25 minute walk away. As with any car park there is always a risk that your car could get broken into or damaged but this has never been the case for mine or my partner's cars.

My car broken into today. My car radio, cd changer, amplifier and subwoofer all stolen. The thieves must have been at it for a while! No CCTV or security guards.

One of the most dodgy looking car parks I've ever used smashed window glass everywhere and signs saying must park In bays and there was about 6 marked bays. Car was still in tact and still there when returned but would not use again

DO NOT use this car park! I had my car broken into last weekend (June 10th, 2023) and from the looks of the broken glass on the ground, so did two other people. It is not the first time I have seen broekn glass here. I parked here for the Coldplay gig, and upon my return saw several bits of broken glass. There is NO CCTV here at all which would explain why it's a cheap parking spot. The police did their best, but said the thieves know which car parks to target in Manchester. They didn't name this one in particular ... but it was obvious this was one they know about. I would park elsewhere and pay a little more for security ... that would be my advice.

It's pretty cheap, but that does come at a price - last time I used this car park, I noticed that there was a volkswagen that had had it's windows smashed in and has been broken into. Left our car parked there for a about 3 hours and nothing was wrong on returning, but maybe we were just lucky. Park at your own risk.

Do not use this car park, no cameras, no one heard this happening and it was parked clear of any other cars.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! It is cheap for a reason. No CCTV, no attendants, lots of easy escape routes for thieves. If I could give less than 1 star, then I would. I parked here, and had my driver side window smashed and a dash cam nicked from my car. (It was not on show by the way, apart from the small power wire by my rear view mirror). There were 3 other cars nearby on the same day that were also broken into. According to the traffic warden I bumped into, crime in this car park is very regular and getting more and more frequent. If the crime was not bad enough, as a final nail in the coffin, this place is FULL of used condoms all over the floor. Not pleasant. AVOID!!!!!!!

Park here at your own risk. See cars with broken windows here on a regular basis, occasionally cars wheels get stolen too and the vehicle is left propped up on bricks.

AVOID - just returned from Manchester and somebody had tampered with my car whilst I was in the city centre for a couple of hours. Window damaged as well as my door frame, clearly tried to break in to my car so now I’ll have to foot a bill to repair my door and window. Looking at the other reviews, this is a frequent occurrence and there seems to be no CCTV. Will not be parking here ever again!
