I was there for a 3 nights stay. What I did not like, 1. the hall that leads to the room was so small I barely fit and it felt like I had to do parkour to reach my room. 2. The room was incredible small (it is one of the most expensive places in 2 mai), I would have expected at least a table in the room to put things. 3. The bathroom hot water after 6 - 7 pm was not very hot. 4. The bathroom door was not closing at all and because of the wind was keep slamming and it was annoying. 5. There is no shower cover and the water spoiled on the bathroom ground did not drain up, we staying all the vacation with water in bathroom floor. What we like 1. The pool was very nice and clean.

Never been there, but in my opinion, as a Romanian, it is way too expensive! I mean, yeah it's nice and whatever but seriously? Charging so much for what kind of services? And from what I can see here, some people aren't that pleased with their stay. You call yourself a 3 star hotel but still you are unable to provide the necessary services for it. Consider lowering your prices, because in my opinion your place doesn't deserve them. Seen better conditions for much better prices

Friendly & helpful staff. The pool is great, there is a bar that has almost anything you need (drinks point of view). The room was ok: there was A/C, a fridge, a small tv, the bed was ok (not very comfy), the bathroom was rather small. A little far from the beach & from Vama, but there is a taxi station near. All in one, a very nice stay

We had an amazing time here! The backyard with sand, the pool and loads of shade under the fig trees = huge plus for this accommodation, made us feel like we were on vacation for sure! PS: it's pet friendly and they had 2 cute cats.

I am writing this review on the last night of our 5 night stay at Casa Stavros. I am sitting poolside enjoying the perfect weather, the music, the lighting, and the garden which all work together to create a very special ambiance. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are basic but they have everything that you will need including AC, shower, toilet, small TV, and clean linens My favorite part was definitely the pool area and main courtyard which is lit up beautifully at night with string lights over head The location is only a 7 minute or so walk to 2 Mai beach along with some great places to eat all within walking distance. If you are staying here you must check out Vama Veche which is just a 25 lei taxi ride (about 7 minutes) away from 2 Mai. Vama Veche is much more geared towards a younger crowd and 2 Mai is great for families I am already looking forward to the next time that I can stay at Casa Stavros!

A wonderful place with very nice people. The rooms are small but causey and clean. The swimming pool area is the highlight. The personal is very friendly and helpful. The music is another highlight.

The place is nice and quiet. The interior garden and the pool are the highlight of Casa Stavros. Unfortunately the bartender has zero skills in preparing a cocktail (even a simple Apero seems like rocket science for him) or opening a bottle of wine. Advice: bring your own drinks .

Place absolutely cute. Bedroom looks nice and minimalistic as we like. We had small fridge and TV. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast tasty, but not to many options for vegans. Stuff there extremely helpful.

Quiet location. Swallows adorn the pool! Rooms are adequately designed and bed is comfortable. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend

This is our first day here. Since arrival it has made an amazing impression. Our check in was scheduled at 4pm.we arrived after 400 km distance,2hrs earlier.luckly the rooms were already cleaned so we were allowed to check in at 2pm.Congrats to the hosts! After a short walk and late lunch ,we enjoyed at fullest the pool.Great space to hang out ! Later ,wevhad a shower(warm and hot water available instantly)and because in the room we did not have where to hang towels,pareos and bathing suits ,we hanged them outside on the handrails. The host saw them and instantly brought to us two dryers where we hanged our stuff. Everybody very polite and smiley! Congrats once again for the hosts!

The room was very small. Also the warderobe. Even if they pretended to have a POS, we couldn't pay for what we had at the poolbar and they charged the stay prior to our arriving. Some of the staff from the bar was not very profesional: we had to wait a lot for the breakfast (she 'forgot' us). The price is too high for what they offer. The place was very clean. The yard, the pool and the pool garden were nice and cosy. The staff from the reception was very helpfull.

This is the third time we visit Casa Stavros. We like the building layout, cleanliness, the pool, the bar.

Missing details like door knob or sink plug,the smell of sewage from the bathroom.Too bad because the place has potential for something beautiful but the costs are too high for the actual conditions and lack of just one little shelf to put stuff on, even though I get the small space design

Splendid from all point of view, really clean, the best hospitable hosts, do go there and you won't regret it. We had a wonderful holiday this past week with our little baby.

Our favourite place to stay in whole Romanian seaside. So calm, pretty, well-kept, and what we love-mediterranean atmosphere. We felt here like we were in Thailand again, amazing! These blue and white elements are so cute and make a good mood for you. People there are fantastic. Owners and workers without exception always smiling and ready to help. Very good breakfast with home made positions. Pool bar with very acceptable prices so it is not profitable to run to the store for drinks or icecream. They accept dogs and that’s very kind of them. No problem with english comunication. It would be lovely to come back again. Our dream place :)
