    a total insensitivity!!! You issue inflated invoices that are inconsistent with reality, and when you are contacted by phone numbers...all the numbers are called hundreds of times, no one is willing to answer!!! You don't have any other contact details, other phone numbers...nothing!!!! I have never seen so much insensitivity and unseriousness in my life!!!!!!!!!! but you want money ... that's all Later edit: they were kind enough to respond to my e-mails after 4 months ... after 4 months ... FANTASTIC! There will be a complaint at the OPC and everywhere else, at least I will give you work!!!!!!

    Execrabila firma, evitati-o cu orice pret. Maresc facturile artificial, nu raspund la telefon, site-ul e praf. Aceasta firma nu are nici macar un lucru bun in ea.

    Premier Energy violates many regulations in the field of energy, has a monopoly in certain areas and is allowed to violate the law without any problem. If you call them, they answer in half an hour, I wonder if I would have a serious problem, because when you work with gases, there can be serious problems. Last but not least, the legislation does not respect the response deadlines, clients' files are lost. I am amazed that ANRE allows all these violations of the law, without reporting itself.

    You are some tax collectors. You sent me a notice last month for the payment of outstanding invoices amounting to 285 lei. I paid 300 lei by the end of the month and despite all that, the gas was turned off, shame on you. I will file a complaint with consumer protection! Not to mention that when the operator on the phone saw that I was right, she simply hung up on me!

    They didn't send the bill but they sent a man to cut off the gas supply for non-payment without notifying me beforehand. I complained to the OPC.

    I waited 4 months after signing the gas network connection contract and making the payment to be told that the auction is no longer taking place and to come to terminate the contract and find the authorized company to connect me. I was told that the money would be returned to my bank account even though I paid cash, I was not given a date, another month passed after the termination of the contract and when I call their headquarters they tell me that they don't know anything. It's already been 6 months since I have the money blocked with them, at today's inflation, for 3000 lei actually paid, I lost 150 lei by having the money blocked with them. It's easy to say the thief, these people don't move without you going with lawyers over them.

Nu raspund la sesizari online sau la cele depuse fizic la punctul de lucru. Te contacteaza numai cand vin sa redeschida gazul pentru a se asigura ca nu ai lasat aragazul deschis.

The gentleman on the phone was very upset that he was disturbed from the state for nothing on Sunday evening to check whether there is gas or not at a place of consumption and to send an intervention team. The man from the interventions declared without inspection that "it is gas". When I asked him to clearly prove that there was gas, he noticed that there was actually no gas "all over the scale" and later solved the problem. Head of work 0, expertise 0.

    Very OK . 😁 I don't know why the rest are so frustrated. It's normal if you don't have up-to-date invoices to be charged penalties. You just don't want to have services on your debt or on your notebook like at the corner store and pay "when you remember".🤣🤣 (in case you don't want to remember) =)))
