    Reserved a product via altex website, got email confirmation, drove 90 minutes from another city here, when nearly in the store i was called the product does not exist in the store. 1 star by default, 1 for being called, although late. -3 for wasting my time.

    Absolutely horrible sales reps. When asked if they carry smart home devices, Laura Pandurus said " NO, we don't!" But the truth was that she had no clue what that meant!! Actually, that's typically Romanian, they Don't know and aren't willing to be helpful!! Absolutely disgusting!!
