This is an amazing lush green park for the residents of Naya Nazimabad. It has got a play area for kids which include swings and slides. A huge mosque is under construction beside the park. There is a nice archery facility over there which offers membership to residents and outsiders and provide archery lessons.

Calm, cool and feels like a dreamland. It is so close to the main city with security better than bahria town.

Wonderful Gated society with quite good security, They got a cricket stadium, Hockey stadium, football ground, even a place for Archery, they also offer paragliding and many more.

The staff is cooperative, security measures are good, very beautiful and Large Jamia Masjid is under construction, but rates are too high. The roads towards the are are destroyed.

This particular society is called, a city within city. This is a huge capacity area where houses are being built and special sites are saved for apartments. People are living here and enjoying a peaceful environment. Plots are available of different sizes and their market value is increasing with time. This society needs many more advancement which I am sure, is on their list. As compare to Bahria Town, this is accessible and doesn't have any fraud and cheating cases on the builder. Investment is safe. You can visit their office, and also see the model homes.

A distant, modern and spacious Residential project very near to Manghopir crocodile sanctuary in Karachi. Its access road is in bad cindition when approached through nazimabad but when you reach inside its cozy. The project is Housing 700 approx families and is appropriately managed by naya nazimabad managing committee. Sports ground, under construction masjid, spacious roads and community living essentials like school, health centre are added points. But its very far location and time restricted approach are somewhat negotiable things. Overall an average experience.

Should be more sitting arrangements and kids swings are damaged .
