Famous Fried Chicken cooked in VERY old and smelly oil… Went there for Father’s Day and was so disappointed with their “Famous” Fried Chicken. I also noticed that in other tables nobody finished their whole fried chicken. I complained to the waitstaff and she said they used new oil and that she will inform the kitchen staff LOL Bangus Sinigang has 4 tiny slices and not sour all. It costs almost 500 pesos. What a rip-off. Serving of chopsuey is very tiny too. It tastes like and is mostly celery…. Genaros has better tasting chopsuey. Crispy pata is the only dish that tastes okay…. So they get 1 star.

Most of our family's all time faves are on Max's menu from merienda - Lomi, Lumpia Ubod, Pancit Canton, Arroz Caldo to main course - Kare-Kare, the yummy-to-the-bone Fried Chicken, Crispy Pata and desserts - Buco Pandan, Halo-Halo and assorted cakes and patries.
