The ambiance was okay but I felt that there could be some improvements. This is a minor thing but I still noticed that their menu was made out of paper and since it wasn't laminated, it was a bit crumpled and there were stains already. The resto had a lot of people when we arrived but it didn't take too long for our order to come out. We went here because their mango sticky rice looked appetizing but it was underwhelming.

I understand the rush of the weekend, but most of the restaurants were brimming with people, and Basil didn't have much. I am just wondering how my order took AN HOUR to arrive, plus, it didn't come altogether. It was coming one at a time, and it felt like whatever I ordered an hour before was actually not prepared straight away. Aside from the lengthy wait, I am apalled by the portion sizes. Authentic Thai food is usually served in generous portions, and the food I was served here was definitely not. We were told the Shrimp Fried Rice was good for two, but honestly, it was good for two toddlers, with only four little pieces of shrimps. The Emerald Chicken, each chicken piece was smaller than the spoon! The Stir Fried Vegetables? It was mostly egg. And finally, I ordered for two Pad Thais, one with shrimp and one without. I ended up getting only one. What's more frustrating, the price point is expensive as compared to the quality and the portion sizes of the food we were served. For a hungry and tired customer like me, who has traveled all the way from abroad to have a proper dinner here, I AM UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED. Never coming back to this restaurant again. I'm not a fan of spicy food, surprisingly these Thai cuisine are all good! You can request to adjust the level of spiciness of your Pad Thai, depends on your taste buds. Must visit if you're a fan of Thai Cuisine.

My local neighborhood pork bbq is waaaay better than their “Thai” version. There’s no hint of any “Thai” at all on this barbecue. The Tom Yum hotpot aluminum bowl is dirty. Maybe consider washing it thoroughly before serving it to the next guests. Not in this branch again. Food: Nothing Special Budol level: HIGH Service: Poor

I just love the flavors you get from Thai food. This place really balances the sweet, salty and sour flavors. Awesome food. Servings was just right and service was fast.

They offer healthy food, with nice ambiance plus an excellent customer service, would like to commend your store in-charge for today for bringing in the best customer service experience, that is the most important to keep customers coming back, keep it up✌️ Mostly I enjoyed my own tea bag because their coffee is not available and the receptionist was willingly offered their hot water, that is superb 💞

Went there at 5pm on a Wednesday. It wasnt packed. About 3 tables were occupied. We ordered fresh spring rolls and it was okay. The crispy fish with mango is good. Tom yum is filled with seafood and is good although I like my Tom yum more spicy. Maybe you could request for it to be spicier. I was with a group so I didn't bother.

If your looking for an authentic thai cuisine then basil restaurant is definitely one of the many choices you must try. The only down side is the pricing is a bit higher and the serving size is not so generous compared to other thai restaurants.

Excellent Thai food. Pomelo salad is a must try. Wednesday evening was completely empty. Food turnaround time was very quick. Highly recommended.

The ambience was great but food not so. I went to the restaurant by the chinese new year and it was completely empty. They were very kind and cooked fast. I ordered the lettuce salad and it was horrendous. Hot and flavourless, insipid. But the chicken sticks were good. Fish and chicken were too sweet, we couldnt finish.

Tasty fried rice, good calamares and Thai beef basil. Tom yum soup lacks flavor, like an instant variety. A bit pricey given the small portions.

Food are great especially Pad Thai, Fresh Spring Roll and the Mango Sticky Rice. Kudos to the Team.

Yesterday me and my family ate in here, their food quality is good, we ordered these. Phadthai / papaya salad / green curry / beef satay / sticky rice The taste were so delicious it's like you're eating in famous 5 star restaurant or hotel. I would give their foods a 5 star they deserve it.... the ambiance of the store is Great their employees are kinds, they gave us a good service..

This restaurant is hidden away in the South West of the Mall of Asia not far from the IMAX screens. The menu is fairly basic - with a relatively small selection, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Sadly the food was not as good as many other locations and to be honest I was quite disappointed. I ordered a Papaya salad - which was only delivered to our table after we had already started our main meal and the flavour was very poor and nothing like I have ever tasted in any Thai restaurant either in Thailand or other countries - sorry not good. My main meal was a green chicken curry - again this lacked a depth of taste and unlike another Tgai restaurant I have written on was not good. The restaurant itself seems tired and is in need of renovation - especially if you look up at the ceilings around the split ACs.

I was a tad bit hesitant to go here after seeing some recent bad reviews. All the other restaurants within the vicinity was packed expect for this one, but I'm glad I gave the place the benefit of the doubt! 💖 Sadly, with the ongoing repairs happening in MOA, it is a bit of a maze to find the place and it's unfortunately located in a rather sad looking corner of the Entertainment Mall. I've been an avid fan of Thai cuisine so I've tried quite a lot of Thai restaurants in Manila but I have to say that I particularly enjoyed the food here. Service was a bit slow though and it took about 30 minutes for our food to be served. All the food I ordered were delicious, although the prices were a bit on the steeper side fo what it is. I loved the ambiance and the vibe here (the music they play even). The Pad Thai I had here was unlike any other I've ever tasted. I will definitely be going back!
