My friends and I enjoyed our lunch. The food was splendid, and the festive atmosphere was great! Khraze, our server, was very prompt and accommodating on our orders and needs; Compliments to her. We fancied our stay and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Typical American restaurant in Mall of Asia. Health protocols are implemented there. They serve bundles menu and A la Carte. Their burgers are really well prepared, especially the meat. I had a preference on their mango juice, rather than the pineapple. With a moderate budget of 4k or 3k two people can have a good time there. They also allow children there and adults, but you must present your vaccination card for dine in.

Last Friday night, we went to eat at this place. We asked nicely to change our table before they brought our food because the table they gave us wasn't big enough for all the food we ordered. But the waiter seemed grumpy, even though we understood if he was tired. We didn't want to move without asking. The food wasn't as good as we hoped. Unlike the great food at the BGC branch, this was my first time trying the MOA branch of Fridays, and it didn't taste as good. The ribs weren't very tender, so we had to use our fingers to get the meat off. The pasta was dry, and the pizza wasn't hot. To make things worse, a waitress brought us food we didn't order. She kept saying it was ours, but we said we didn't order it. Eventually, she checked with the chef and gave it to another table. She didn't say sorry for how she acted. The only good part was the person who helped us with our payment transaction, probably the manager in a pink uniform. She was really nice and polite.

I love TGIF and I want to give a good review, but I just cannot. We went in about 5PM to a mostly empty restaurant. We were one of two tables. We waited about 10 minutes for the server. We ordered some drinks and these came out pretty quick. They served a small portion of chips and dip. The chips were completely stale. After we finished, we tried to catch the servers eyes. They went by a few times from the other two tables, but did not look over. The four servers were hanging out at the bar looking busy, but there were only 3 tables and nobody was waiting on anything. Finally, one came over and we informed her about the service time and the bad chips. She never came back but a manager sort came and offered us a free appetizer which we accepted and she was very professional for the rest of our visit.

Server Kimberly is very accommodating. She made sure we are comfortable while we are eating. Food was superb and was served just right in time. Manager Yvonne also approached us and made sure everything is well. Overall, we had a great dining experience on MOA branch. :)

Food is great. Service is amazing, wait staff are attentive and would really ask you what else you need in real time. I love that they have a designated smoking room.

Great place to eat while visiting Mall of Asia. The restaurant had an American atmosphere. Food was well prepared and very tasty. The alcoholic beverages were very good. Service was polite and helpful with order. The only thing to consider is the prices were expensive but overall worth the bill

I was craving meat so we decided to have our dinner here. There were plenty of space and we managed to get a table facing the shore. The challenge was to choose from the multiple options available; we ended up ordering a set of meals that were featured on their wall. I wish the crew member assigned to us was more attentive. I had to repeat my requests more than one time. Regardless, the food was good. I want to try the ribs next time.

Enjoyed our dinner and drinks including bottomless Mojitos!! Also, excellent service provided by our waitress, Jess! We'll definitely go back.

Place has a good ambiance but kinda dim in lighting. Location is accessible, just along the street and has wide space location and outside dining. Unfortunately, customer service is very poor. They have quite number of staffs but everytime you are calling them for some assistance, they will just pass you by. I ordered mac n cheese and we’re almost done with our food but the mac n cheese is not yet served, its already 40mins of waiting so I decided to just cancel the order. Food tastes good but the not worth the price.

Superb food. Everthing is delicious. All staff were accommodating 😊 Though the place was a little bit hot when we dine in since it's weekend and it was crowded. But overall, it was great. Moa branch - Manager Yvonne does excellent customer service. Made sure that she approached her customers first and made us feel very valued. Food is awesome.

Yesterday was a blast we went to TGIFridays to eat pasta. My personal favorite was Cajun and Shrimp pasta its very good and tasty😋 shout out to Ms. Patricia who's very accommodating. She gave us an excellent service thank you so much we'll come back again i hope she'll assist us again soon☺

Decent restaurant, food was ok if a little expensive for what you get. If you are after familiar western food though its a pretty good shout. They freeze the beers so they are cold when they get to the table. Problem for me was that the beer was too frozen to enjoy it. Staff were ok, although they try to put the hard sell on you to buy some type of gift card at the end of your meal.

Absolutely amazing dining experience and service. Our waiter Liam was absolutely AMAZING. So thoughtful and helpful. Food was really good. Minor issue with calamari being too fishy but the manager immediately sorted issue and removed it off our bill. All other food was delicious. 10/10 for customer service and satisfaction. Thank you.

Taste of the new york strip steak good and the mashed potato is on point. However I asked for a medium rare steak and they served me a medium well instead. Forgivable and could have done it better next time.

Stopped by here with friends before attending the Alanis Morissette Concert at MOA Arena. My Friday's Signature Burger and my Long Island Ice Tea were super good. Every time I have been to the MOA Friday's I am impressed with their food, their drinks and their service. Highly recommended.

Our recent visit to their MOA branch was last Nov 26, 2023 and it was really disappointing most of the staff were very inattentive that we have to keep on following our orders/request before they could attend to it. Happened not only once during our stay but 4 times

Really amazing crew and good food. I've been eating at this specific branch for the last 10 or so years, the value for money of Fridays is great, the portions are bigger now and the crew, especually our server Kim was very attentive and fun.

We always come and visit this location every time we come to manila! The staff is always amazing. Especially to foreigners and/or English speaking only. The food so always top tier. And the service great. Our server was Lucio. He was so attentive and friendly. We will always come back, especially with all our good experiences with them.

Top notch service as always. There are flies flying around us when we ate here such a hassle trying to shoo them away. Quality of food is great. We ordered the king crab with chicken plus pizza and salmon.

Fully vaxxed and you can eat inside. They have their Buy One + free specials, 40% Off on cocktails (so P380 less 40% - 4 to choose from and they pack a punch) and the staff spray the tables after a group of diners leave. The only downside is the contactless menu which takes too long to open via QR; even the restaurant's IPad is slow to scroll through.

Worst TGIF! The area that we dine-in is so hot. Our orders are delay despite of several follow-up. They didn't serve all together the orders. So disappointed..

We walk for 25 min. Just to get here as we were lost, and it was raining as well. Then when we finally reached and decided to order some food. One of the food that we’ve chosen wasn’t available simply because we were late. As that particular food is only available between 11am-3pm and we got there at 3:45pm. I mean what a ridiculous reason. We dine in Friday’s all over the world. And whatever food we want to order they never say No. especially when the kitchen is open, when all you have to do is cook the ingredients and serve it. How would be able to attract more customer if that’s the kind of service you provide?. Then the manager approach us and rise our concern, while we are talking to Red the manager, as if he just don’t care at all with regards of our complain and act so arrogant. Every time we are in the Philippines we always make sure that we have some meal in Friday’s as it is one of our favourite resto. But because of this incident I don’t think we will come back again. Considering the service was bad and leave us a bad impression.

TGI Friday’s is a great place to hang out for a bite and a drink. I have been coming to the mall of ASIA location for the past four years. The food is very consistent to what you expect at any of the TGI Friday’s branches. The staff as always been very helpful with our kids as well. I recommend trying it out if your in the area.

The place is great however its too pricey. The food is not worth the price though.

Satisfy your meat cravings here with the relaxing all week Friday vibe. Come as you are and enjoy their zesty cocktails. For the sweet tooth friend the unique milk tea cheese cake will be a new favorite. This place guarantees you will have a good time!

- Chairs and tables outside are dirty, the free water has a chlorine taste, the free tortillas has no flavor. Handle of the knife was broken. + The truffle bacon and mushroom pizza is good. Staff are friendly. The meat was ok.
