The staff are NOT Friendly... We asked if we could transfer to a nicer spot they declined because it was reserved but there were no other guests until the last call. They are also busy with their cell phones.

Fabulous place to stay! It’s very comfortable! The stuffs are very friendly and helpful. Their food is delicious especially the free breakfast! The rooftop bar was wonderful, where you can drink and chat with friends and relax in the pool! They have great amenities, you can even exercise as they have a small fitness center. And must try the massage the therapists are excellent! The whole building is newly and fresh. But to be honest, the room is a bit small.

Great hidden gem! The food is great, the staff is very friendly and the place is very well maintained. The rooftop dining and bar is definitely the highlight of this venue, with a great view and very comfortable private setting. If you are staying overnight you can enjoy the rooftop jacuzzi with the amazing view.

We only went to the place to dine. Make sure to have a reservation beforehand, walk-ins aren't accepted due to the place's capacity. There's downpayment needed for table reservation, but this amount is consumable. But if you're checked-in on the hotel, the restaurant is accessible. Location: The place is located on the streets inside Poblacion. Going here using public transportation might be challenging. I suggest taking a taxi or a ride-sharing service. If you're bringing your own car, roadside parking might be only available for hostel guests. Ambience: The atmosphere is cozy and has a homey feel to it when you step into its front door. The staff are welcoming and very approachable. The restaurant is located at the 5th floor. The building might be a bit small compared to the district's tall buildings, but it still offers a nice view of the skyscraper from the business district. Food and Drinks: their food is great and I love their specialty cocktails. They're not too pricey as well. I was only able to take a picture of the "Mi Amore" cocktail that I ordered since I was too busy having a great time. One of the best places I've stayed! Didn't really expect much, we just needed somewhere to stay for the night. And it was one of the few places that could accommodate my whole family on such short notice. Never expected to have met such an accommodating staff and our room was so amazing (sadly, wasn't able to take pictures of the room before we went to bed cause we were to busy exploring)! Special thanks to Sir Ivan, thank you so much for helping us with the directions and for following up on us. You were so kind and understanding with our situation. Can't wait to come and stay here again!

We came here tonight just to check their roofdeck bar but the moment that we got there we're inloved! They welcomed us politely so we had no choice but to try their cocktails and someone even gave us free rounds of cocktails! Their Poison Abby, and WYP Delight is to die for! Kudos to Sir, Darwin and the team for being so welcoming! We would definetly come back!

I really WANT to love this place, especially based on reviews, most things are great, staff are generally friendly and happy but there's some not great things that spoils the experience. I came for 7 nights, so I'll summarise. I booked and paid ahead, paid over the local rates so I expected normal reasonable hotel service. I don't expect luxury, just a clean comfortable place to sleep. First night I killed 9 roaches, but this is Philippines, so don't be surprised. Was not a reoccurring issue. My room was generally clean when I arrived, and everything worked well. Aircon is good, I never needed to adjust it. TV works, but I hardly used it. There is gym and massage services on site, must be booked per hour. The food that I ate there was tasty, fresh. Breakfast is light selection, and from 7am. Kitchen is open until midnight fyi. Issues are that towels were NOT changed once, my room was NEVER cleaned, toilet paper was nearly done when I arrived. I had to ask for new toilet paper on day 2, and new towels on day 3. Was told that housekeeping (on floor 5) WILL NOT enter my ROOM without me present, I have no idea why, was never explained to me, so I needed to pickup from reception that day. Honestly, I expected basic housekeeping. That day I stayed nearby for this reason, and came back early afternoon for the towels. I was told when I came back that housekeeping put them in the room already, so waste of my time on that. WiFi is by voucher codes only available at reception, so you need to go there EVERY day to get a code for EACH device, I'm not sure about this system but ok. Some staff, like a young girl (I won't name) at reception are unhelpful (towel drama and every other interaction with her), and give flat unhelpful answers, then stare at you, so you have to ask more, then more flat unhelpful answers. Just TELL ME, explain, don't be weird and awkwardly stare at me. There are other staff like "Pal" who is an ABSOLUTE LEGEND helpful gem, friendly, informative, super amazing guy. He helped me setup my local sim, told me everything I needed without asking, was bubbly and friendly, greeted me warmly by my name every time I saw him, and he is employee of the year in my opinion. Promote this man. Overall, I like this place, and I want to love it, but some things confused me with operations like no room cleaning.

The interiors are nice. Service is very accommodating as well, it gives cozy feeling. I like that it is very clean and appealing to the eyes,specially the view from the outside. Very much recommended!

This is my second time here, enjoyed my first stay better...Internet was a problem this time around, and their cable TV didn't have a lot of channel choices...but their service was superb, the staff were courteous and accommodating.

We celebrated our 5th Anniversary here and all we can say is it's super worth it! First time lang namin naka-experience ng excellent customer service sa isang hotel — they actually exceeded our expectations. You can really feel na nasa luxury hotel ka because of their services plus the roof deck and jacuzzi is all yours in your preferred time slot. They also offer Spa massage and foods (Mamser) here. We recommend to try their foods kasi sobrang sulit sa sarap! 🤤 Their room rates will depend on your preferred room of course, just message them on Facebook to know the rates. You can book through their FB page, website or Agoda. Very approachable and professional ng staffs nila and we love the ambiance of the place kaya naman we will definitely go back here.

This can be my outright favourite place in Makati. The food is continuously fantastic and no matter what I order I am always pleased with my dinner! Servers are moreover awesome and always efficient, cheerful and respectful. Incredible place to hangout, chill or go out on a date. Can't hold up to return and wouldn't hesitate to suggest to anybody seeking out for some place to eat in Makati.

Don't believe their post that the jacuzzi is for all. It's only for guests, and their room rates are outrageous. The food at the rooftop is decent, I might be back for more. It's just the lie they post about the jacuzzi that's a big turn off

Unwnd is not a huge place, however they maximize every single space they have, there are restaurant, rooftop bar, jacuzzi, a tiny gym and even a room for massage. Their foods are awesome! One of the best meal during my stay in the Philippines is from here. Highly recommend the Chicken mole and their pizzas. Most importantly, all staff are so energetic and always willing to help. This is the place I definitely want to come back.

An oasis in a middle of the city. Great experience that comes with affordable price. My partner and I spent our anniversary here and luckily we made the right choice. The foods and drinks are great with reasonable price. They have variety of amenities to use. The room we got is cozy and comfy. The staffs are accomodating and friendly. Overall it was a great stay.

We just stayed in the roof top bar. This is the definition of Unwinding from your dailt routines. Gambas and Quattro formaggio pizza is a must. Free pinball game is available and the elevator experience is also the best. 😁

Who eats that way ? Yet the managers says they come out with the finest QUALITY and GREAT INGREDIENT - Dear reviewers this is honest review about this place for food, they are expensive and not delicious -Manager approach to dealing customer complaints and concern: 0/10 ( He is not trained to handle customer complaints and suggestions yet in denial that the food is really something wrong) -Venue: 8/10 ( Venue is nice romantic , ideal for a lot of occasions but their service team and food is not right) This venue is beautiful but it is lacking of good food and service went there to celebrate a special moment but the food disappointed us terribly, If your gonna waste your money here on food please "THERE ARE MANY BETTER PLACES TO DINE" out here in MAKATI do not waste your CENTS at this establishment for food, ITS TOO PRICEY AND STINGY KURIPOT And their manager is really not professional in handling situations either, staff are lack of training because probably lack of solid leadership skills with a good knowledge in F&B Line
