My
3rd
visit
and
unanimously,
the
braised
beef
is
the
sure
winner.
The
roast
duck
was
mediocre
and
unimpressive.
Nothing
close
to
its
roast
goose
counterpart
found
in
Hong
Kong.
The
roast
pork,
minus
the
thick
layer
of
fat,
was
good
with
its
crackling
thundering
in
crisp.
Though
an
indulgent
piece
of
fat,
meat
and
the
crackling
would
have
been
perfect
had
one
not
suddenly
felt
the
pang
of
guilt
and
the
contraction
of
one
the
thorasic
arteries
.
The
soy
and
white
chicken
were
good.
Both
the
string
beans
with
ground
pork
and
the
vegetable
w
garlic
are
good
compliments
to
the
meal.
Ground
meat
topped
rice
was
very
flavorful
.
Kudos
to
the
leche
flan
shake
and
the
halo
halo.
A
nice
palette
cleanser
after
a
good
meal.
Service
has
consistently
been
impressive
,
friendly
and
attentive.
A
big
let
down
though
is
the
poor
acoustics.
With
the
place
near
full,
the
mid
sized
restaurant
turns
into
a
loud
school
cafeteria
at
the
height
of
recess
or
lunch.
Well
I
guess,
it's
a
Chinese
restaurant
being
as
authentic
as
it
can.
Despite
and
given
that,
I
will
come
back
to
get
my
braised
beef
fix
...
with
ear
plugs
in
tow.
