To be fair, RACKS introduced me to fish &chips. I remember that branch along Pasay Road (now long gone 😢) where I had my first big serving of F&C wrapped in newspaper imitations and the liberal dousing of that sour vinegar! Closest to being British indeed 🇬🇧 Sadly, all of those memories have faded together with the serving size when I tried RACKS again after quite some time. Even a McDonald’s Happy Meal will make you more satisfied than the expensive Blue Plate set meal I got.

Service was quite ok, food were superb. The pork rib doesn't fall-off-the-bone as Racks' version doesn't have any bone at all. It was tender and smoky with rich savoury taste. It goes perfectly well their barbeque sauce. The fried chicken was crunchy and crusty in a perfect blend with the gravy. Recommended: ✅Pork Rib ✅Southern Fried Chicken

The worst American food has to offer. Everything is overpriced and tastes like the cheapest, most poorly made fast food. The pulled pork sandwich had so little meat but it was over-seasoned to the point of being inedible. 40 peso Angel's burger is much better than this. They dare to charge over 300 pesos for it. What is it with their fried chicken? It's sour and the type of sour tastes like it has spoiled. Who thought this is a good recipe? Did the head office chef get corona when designing this dish? The fact that this place has a 4.3 rating shows what the standard of food in Manila is, in that there is no standard at all. Throw some trash on a plate and people here will love it.

It is so hard to call the staff here. I don't know why they all huddle in the cashier area. The fact they are charging a service fee is ridiculous. These people don't know how to provide great customer service. I love Racks' pork barbecue ribs and their sauce.

All the food was bland. The dessert was too sweet. There is a problem in their cook/chef.

The food is ok but the service sucks. Sobrang uncomfortable for the customers to approach and ask the staffs. My times pa na nakita ka na nila tas sa other side maglalakad. Hopefully the customers get the service that they deserve or train their staffs how to properly handle their guests.

However, it is TOUGH, far from the "falls of the bone" ribs that RACKS is known for. First time to have leftovers; it's that disappointing.

a combo platter and an extra side of campfire stew. The combo platter came with pulled pork, 2 ribs, 2 winglets and rib tips. We had a choice of 2 sides. We chose corn nuggets, and smoked baked. We give both sides 5 stars out of 5. Pulled pork and ribs 5 stars. Winglets- 4 and rib tips-3. The extra side- campfire stew, I give a 10 . VERY, VERY GOOD.
