Rooms are too tiny, no actual blanket and lack of toiletries. Picture in booking site is not accurate be careful they are asking for 1000 pesos for any stain of towels and linens they cannot even provide good towels or good bathroom mat. It is too noisy as well and it is not good location I will not recommend this hotel the price is not worth it.

Artemis is a relatively budget hotel that doesn't skimp on quality service. The staff were very accommodating and the check-in process is very seamless. The room is well kept and clean. Their blanket is so think unfortunately. Keep in mind tho that the front desk is only open until 12 am. The WiFi is also terribly slow.

Doesn't live up to expectations. The hotel is located in a noisy area, neighbors on all sides have noisy dogs barking day and night. Expect to be woken up by the trucks blaring their horns from the nearby motorway. The WiFi is terrible (<1Mbps). They took the time and effort to build a kitchen area with a bunch of cabinets, a sink, and an extractor fan, but there's nothing else (no burners or microwave, no utensils) so impossible to cook anything. So you get a kettle, a sink, and a fridge, basically the same as any hotel room. I guess it's close to the airport, but imho much better options out there. It's not even that cheap. The staff is nice and accomodating.

Artemis place is highly recommended. It is centrally located close to shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. While I didn't need one, a toiletry kit was provided and was a nice touch. Some bottled water was provided within the mini fridge. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. They assisted with booking Grab rides and even food delivery. They gave recommendations for dining and shopping. The hotel staff is definitely what sets this place apart from other hotels. I would definitely use this hotel again for me and my family.

Staying at the Artemis Place was an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check in a breeze. The hotel is located in a great spot in Makati, with easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were also very clean, making it a comfortable stay. Place is neat and we were able to stay comfortably and without worries. Super affordable rates but the quality of service they give is commendable. All of the staff were super friendly and very accommodating especially the receptionist! Location has a lot of nearby resto and a mall so there won't any be worries with regards to entrainment and food. Artemis Place Makati has been our go-to check in spot when we visit Metro Manila. Highly-recommend!

Very nice rooms, good shower, everything is clean and in good condition. One of the better hotels I have stayed at in Manila. Very strict rules tough, so check them before you book so you are sure it's a good fit for you. But for me it was excellent.

The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the room amenities, such as the flat-screen TV, minibar, and coffee/tea-making facilities, added to the convenience and comfort of the stay. The hotel facilities are also commendable. Artemis Place Hotel Makati features a fitness center, allowing guests to maintain their exercise routine while traveling. The business center is well-equipped, catering to the needs of business travelers. Additionally, the hotel offers meeting and event spaces, making it a suitable venue for conferences or social gatherings. 👍🏼Location is great, 20 mins from NAIA by taxi. 5 mins walk from a mall with supermarket. 👍🏼New modern building. 👍🏼Accommodating staff!! Kudos!! 👍🏼Clean linens, clean floor. 👍🏼Very safe and secure, the main door has a computerized safety lock and there is a security guard who also acts as a bellboy helps baggage. ☹️We arrived at almost midnight and when I opened the room upon arrival, you can tell that the room had not been occupied for a long time because of the smell (or maybe because of poor ventilation), and there was also a cockroach roaming inside the size of my thumb! ☹️We booked for two pax but they provided only two pillows which means one pillow per person which was very uncomfortable. Also there was no blanket, only a very thin sheet of linen. ☹️The safety box doesn't work, the airconditioner was very noisy. I woke up to the sound of vehicles passing by. You can also hear the sound of the elevator and the noise of everybody else in the lobby.

I've been staying here for quite sometime twice a year. Its clean, water pressure is very strong, very accommodating staff. If you're looking for a place to stay only. This is a place for you. Little drawback is they dont have food choices like breakfast.

Decent place, decent location. The grocery isn't too far and there's also an LRT station nearby. The staff are polite and friendly. The rooms are decent and clean. All in all, nice place to stay 👍

Our go-to hotel whenever we come home to Philippines. Booking is always hassle free. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Convenient location - near cash & carry and 7/11. Our favourite is the Penthouse Suite - amazing room with living, dining and kitchen area. We enjoyed hosting our friends there. Highly recommend.

We were happy with our stay the staff is very helpful and friendly, our only concern is we had about 5 cockroaches 🪳 in our room over our 3 week stay. There’s no way to sugarcoat it the Philippines has to do better it seems wherever you go they do not take fumigation seriously maybe it’s because they don’t travel but most countries do not have problems with cockroaches. We still enjoyed our stay I hope this will encourage them to fumigate.

Visited here from Australia. I was initially concerned about the noise after reading other reviews but was surprised at how quiet it was here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We stayed in the penthouse which was very roomy. The aircon worked great which was a must as we were not use to the hot weather in the Phillipines. Great value.Staff were helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Thankyou to the staff.

The hotel charge 4% surcharge for card payment. Calling DTI!!! This isn’t legal. The room are modest but the sofa smells bad. Service is terrible this time around. My first was super.

I travel extensively and have very high expectations but, this is a great little hotel. It is family run and you can tell because you are treated like family. The rooms are large and some are 1 and 2 bedroom suits. The location is right down town and a quick taxi or grab ride to anything you might need. And the best part about this hotel are the staff and the owners. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed. The night time receptionist even found me a ride to my destination 8 hours away when I couldn't find the ride myself. They then made some phone calls and got me booked at another hotel that was sold out and completely booked online. I was so happy with this hotel that I canceled other plans for other larger hotels and just stayed here because this is a perfect little place to rest, stay safe, and have all your needs taken care of.

Nice clean place. Staff are very helpful. The aircon though smelled bad. But room was clean and large. They have a kitchen. Toiletries like soap, shampoo conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste, towels, tissue paper are provided. Coffee and water provided. Slippers too! Wifi is free and accessible in the room. Cash and Carry mall is only 6 minutes walk.

The service in this hotel is too bad. There is a kitchen to introduce, let people cook noodles to eat. When I left, I deducted my deposit.

beautiful place to stay wether you are a solo traveler or with friend the place is clean and well sanitized the room has a basic design for sleep over or a traveler who wants to stay away from the city center but not very far from the commercial center its located in residential area but surrounded by convenient store like 7/11 apizza parlor burger king and walkung distance to a supermarket and 10mins away from makati commercial center and also the metro station... staff are friendly like bianca and joy very accomodating

Rooms and Service really good. Five 🌟. But it's outside really very noisy and for sleep it's comes the noise in the room. And the aircorn is windows type only. (Very noisy!). Split type is more silent and so much better... The Customer service and the stuff is really friendly and helpful. 10 Star 🌟 for the employee.

Our stay at Artemis Place Makati was definitely a pleasant stay. Originally we were supposed to go to Thailand, but due to an immigration error, we had to stay in Manila. A weekend stay was extended to a two week stay, and I'm glad we were able to spend it at Artemis Place. I was staying there with my senior father, and the staff was all super helpful during our entire stay. I have to give a shout out to Bianca, who from the very start made us feel welcomed and cared for, and as we were leaving, wished us well. Not only Bianca, but Ara, Ronnie, Alvin, and so many individuals made this place really stand out. Rooms were spacious, and they even keep a stock of drinks and snacks for easy convenience. The place was a 5-10 minute walk from Cash & Carry Mall, so we could easily exchange money, get groceries, and even buy extra clothes for our extended stay. Overall, this quaint hotel had good bones, but it was the spirit of the place exemplified in the staff that made it stand out.

The location is great, the biggest issue is the lack of an actual blanket inside the rooms which is substituted for a basic sheet, the room is decent but the tv is small.... You can get more for your money from other hotels in the area. The check-in at 3pm and check out at 11am is kinda odd as well, when most hotels do a 2pm check-in and 12noon checkout

I had to book a room for one night for a political rally. The room was clean, aircon was super cold(!) so if you are worried you don't have to. Bed and pillows were clean. Staff were very helpful especially Mam Bianca; she even helped me book a ride to the rally. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay for the money. Probably the biggest and cleanest rooms in Makati in this price range. Very accommodating staff. Loving it

  • 4/5 Matthew D. 1 year ago on Google
It was ok ,the staff were fairly accommodating, there are food places close and the room was quite comfortable,I think the showers could have hotter water and more pressure but overall it was reasonably priced ,I would stay there again if I was in Makati,I think it's probably worth paying a bit more for the penthouse suite if you can afford it or get a good deal on agoda or booking.com

Hotel reception friendly and helpful. However when I extended my stay, my app selected a room level down. I had stayed for 8 nights already. Hotels.com wanted 169 pesos for the difference. The manager wanted 900 pesos. Wow what a opportunist. I will not stay again
