Ok stay, but would not come back Pro’s: very clean room, friendly staff, easy process, quite cheap. 10 min walk outside of the center of Makati with nice shops, restaurants and bars. Cons: our room felt like it could use some maintenance. The bed seemed like it could break any minute and the bathroom door was broken. Aircon took some time to cool the (relatively small) room. When walking back to the accommodation, make sure you don’t step on cockroaches outside (first time we saw so many of them on the streets) - however, this is probably the case in all of Manila unfortunately

They try to charge you for everything. Had a friend come visit and threatened to charge extra if she didn't leave. Charged extra for cleaning bed sheets. Asked for money when I requested a warmer blanket. Wifi not good and ants everywhere. Definitely not coming back. Accommodate your guests better.

I booked a room days ago. It was fully paid and i received confirmation and receipt of payment. 15 hours before check in, i messaged them to ask about parking arrangements. ONLY THEN was i told that they were fully booked and my reservation could not be accommodated and a refund will be given. I am extremely disappointed in your service. It’s easy to click a button and initiate a refund but the hassle and stress of being told only 15 hours before check in that you do not have a room for me goes beyond what i paid for. I booked for 3 nights and made plans and arrangements which cost time, money and effort. THERE IS NO EFFORT on your end to just click a button and refund me. To other guests, please be warned about this hotel.

The staff were very accommodating! The room was very clean, and smelled fresh. There was a very small cockroach, and the breakfast seemed uninspired. Will definitely stay here again because we got more than we paid for. Value for money!

The room itself is neat and does not have any bad smell. My husband and I had a good sleep also because the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom is big and clean as well 😊 We'll definitely go back to Solace again.

One of the bang for your buck stays in Makati. The rooms were so clean, so good and so safe. Door has no noise cancellation so if you or your partner is loud (if you know what I mean) then you better scream on that pillow. I recommend not eating inside the room tho. They have their own resto bar or lobby, use that instead. Staffs, solid 10/10. They are very approachable. My only problem is the location. If you will commute or are willing to wait for a taxi, don't. During our 4 day stay, we were not able to get a taxi infront of the hotel. Nearby restaurants are also the typical. 10 min ride away to Lugawan sa Tejeros. Book a tryke to Aling Sossings as well. Over all, 8/10

Is okay place, even on level 3 there is some 🪳 roaches, room service must be requested unlike most other hotel that most traveler are used to. Staff is friendly, they greetings always. No convenient store nearby but there is a good live band cafe nearby that is good to learn about local culture and music

Location is very near to restaurants and Shopwise. Service is a 5 star, very polite and they explain us everything, they let us put our luggage for a while for free after we check out since we need to go at TECO. Downsides are room can be more clean, the shower and bidet looks disgusting like I wanna brush it. Room spaces is quite tight also. I still want to go here next time.

Hotel booked through Booking.com reason to attend my exam at Trident Tower. The place is so clean and spacious. Like a 5* hotel. However the internet connection from my room 4th floor is very slow. I only have to stay in my bed or open the door. But it is not the deal breaker for me. The staff are very kind, thanks to Sir Patrick and the FO who checked me out. Also to the Conceirge who helped me find a taxi. I feel the safest in this hotel. Very near to restaurants, banks, shopwise for grocery, walking distance to a bakery, saloons, 711 store, etc. Overall 20/10. Will probably come back here. Thank you OYO SOLACE!

Since, I'm a regular guest in this hotel. It was was beyond my expectations thou. I love the theme color of the room. Very nice and clean... Well, not bad for the price here situated in the financial district.

An average stay better than motels.... Resting in the middle of the business district the hotel looks nice and clean. Parking is ample. Maybe I was just lucky but if you want to park in the front it is only have covered. They do have indoor parking. The Reception is very clean and the ambiance is quite good. The staff are very friendly even the Door man and guards are very polite. They follow strict social distancing. Check in is fast but there is a deposit which is refundable... There are 5 floors. and 1 elevator its a bit small but not bad. The hallways are clean and stylish. Now for the rooms... Pretty standard hotel The rest room was spacious , there is a mini fridge and also the usual coffee and water heater. you get 2 small bottled water. Their is a small study table and a sofa. The TV size is nice as well as the channels on it. Aircon takes a while before it kicks in. but it is cold. There are a lot of lights. which you can set to your mood. Room service is fast. A lot of electric sockets. Now for the nitty gritty. What I did not like is that there is no dental kit. So bring your own tooth brush and paste. No hairdryer and the toiletries are very scarce. You only get 2 soaps and 1 small bottle of shampoo. Its good if you are alone. But if you are with someone try asking the room service. No q tips. no face towel. no lotion. no covid disinfectant set. No slippers. As for the usual pen and paper I did not see any on my study table. The sockets are the usual 2 hole ones so you will need an adapter so get one. Now the bed is a bit stiff for me. There are some stains on the bed sheet when i arrived but its dry. The twin beds are small for a 5 10 height so get a single one. Internet is 4 Mbps. which is a drag... I have been to hotels who has 100 mbps in cebu. so zoom and other business meetings need to be done elsewhere. The signal on the room for Globe and SMart is just 2 bars... is there a jammer somewhere? Overall its cheap and average for me nothing memorable except the customer service. Fresh modern interiors, basic hotel amenities. Parking is limited. Wheelchair access from parking level to hotel not recommended. Staff were friendly. A place for cozy group dining. Place is least busiest on Sundays.

One of the better OYO hotels, the rooms are medium size but the amenities are lacking, barely anything to have a shower with. The AirCon is slow but works, the rooms are generally clean, there is a cafe downstairs. Overall, good for a short stay.

Great staff but no use for wifi

What you see in photos is what you get. I was so surprised when I walked in the room specially, that it was so neat and clean. The lobby has a warm feel when you walk right in. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that the internet didn't work at all. The room has no hair dryer, too. I can hear the noises from outside, maybe they need a double layer of glass windows. But overall, it was a very comfy and pleasant experience, I wouldn't mind coming back to stay again in the future.

Poor service. Was quite dissapointed to the front desk officer named Patrick. Beds are disguisting, shower curtains smells bad, bathroom floors are quite slippery as if their housecleaning aren't scratching the floor. Would not reco this hotel.

Generally, I liked the place so much that I went back again recently. Maintenance could be improved e.g intercom not working, etc. Had to go down to fetch delivery, etc. Though it was mentioned that staff were vaccinated, i noticed some staff no longer wearing mask when cleaning the room. Still i still like the place.

The hotel was very nice, the staffs and service was good, but the online booking was not. I was book 2days before my preferred day. I went to the first hotel that I choose and they said they are on maintenance that day. Please inform your costumers as soon as possible before it gets worst. thank you!
